Attractions

Magic Kingdom Park is packed with iconic attractions, from the thrills of indoor coaster Space Mountain to the charm of Peter Pan’s Flight. Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion are other highlight rides, and so is the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train – a family-friendly coaster with swaying mine carts, animatronic dwarfs, and gem-filled caverns.

Shows and entertainment

Eye-widening shows and rainbow-splashed parades are the bread and butter of Magic Kingdom Park. From Mickey’s stage performances to the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, there’s music, dancing and familiar faces everywhere. Nights end with the Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away nighttime parade and fireworks over Cinderella Castle, lighting up the sky in colourful Disney style.

Food and drink

Magic Kingdom Park’s food scene mixes fun with flavour. At the Be Our Guest Restaurant, you can eat inside Beast’s enchanted castle with French-inspired dishes like coq au vin and chocolate tart. And Cinderella’s Royal Table offers a regal breakfast with views from inside the castle itself. For quick bites, Casey’s Corner serves classic hot dogs with loaded toppings.

Main Street, U.S.A.

Main Street, U.S.A. is the first thing you see when stepping into Magic Kingdom Park. Horse-drawn trolleys and vintage vehicles add to the atmosphere, and parades pass through here daily, so there’s always something to watch.

Adventureland

Adventureland looks like a tropical storybook, full of greenery, winding paths and a mix of jungle, desert and island vibes. Jump on attractions like Jungle Cruise,or ride on Pirates of the Caribbean. There’s also The Magic Carpets of Aladdin ride, where you can soar above a bazaar on a flying carpet.

Frontierland

Frontierland brings the spirit of the American Old West to life with rugged landscapes, wooden walkways and a laid-back feel. It’s all about gold mines and riverboats, with music and scenery that make it feel like a frontier town from a classic film.

Liberty Square

Liberty Square is styled like colonial America in the late 1700s, with cobbled paths and lantern-lit buildings. The standout attraction is the Haunted Mansion, a spooky ride through a ghost-filled manor.

Fantasyland

Get right to the heart of Disney in Fantasyland. This area’s full of castles and attractions to suit all ages. Kids will love “it’s a small world” – a boat-ride through scenes from around the globe – while Peter Pan’s Flight lets you soar over London and Neverland in a flying ship.

Tomorrowland

Where is Magic Kingdom Park?

Magic Kingdom Park is in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, within the Walt Disney World Resort. It’s about a 30-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. It sits alongside the other Disney Parks and is easily reached by car, shuttle or monorail from nearby hotels and resorts in the area.

When does Magic Kingdom Park open?

Magic Kingdom Park usually opens at 9am, though hours can vary depending on the season or special events. Early Theme Park Entry* is available for Disney Resort Collection hotel guests , letting you in 30 minutes earlier. It’s worth checking the official schedule before visiting, as times can change day to day.

How big is Magic Kingdom Park?

Magic Kingdom Park covers around 107 acres, and is packed with themed lands, over 40 attractions and plenty of space to explore. Walking from the entrance to the far end takes about 15 minutes at a steady pace.

Where can I get tickets?

Book your Disney Magic Tickets when you book your holiday with TUI. These are something you need to select in the booking process – they don’t just get added automatically. We recommend adding on a Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket or a Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket per person.
