Low deposits
Low Deposit offer applicable to selected new Marella cruise bookings only departing between 1st May – 31st October 2025:
For long-haul cruises, an initial £150 per person first stage deposit is required upon booking. The second stage deposit of £150 is payable 12weeks later. The full deposit is £300.
For short or mid-haul cruises, an initial £100 per person first stage deposit is required upon booking. The second stage deposit of £150 is payable 12 weeks later. The full deposit is £250.
The remaining balance is payable 12 weeks before departure.
Low Deposit offer applicable to selected new Marella cruise bookings only departing between 1st November 2025 – 31st October 2026:
For long-haul cruises, an initial £175 per person first stage deposit is required upon booking. The second stage deposit of £200 is payable 12weeks later. The full deposit is £375.
For short or mid-haul cruises, an initial £125 per person first stage deposit is required upon booking. The second stage deposit of £175 is payable 12 weeks later. The full deposit is £300.
Balance is payable 12 weeks before departure.
Other information:
The full deposit will be due within either 8 or 12 weeks of booking your cruise, or you will be required to pay the remainder of the total holiday cost, whichever date comes sooner depending on when you booked your holiday. If you cancel your holiday you still have to pay the full deposit. Deposits are not available on holidays departing within 12 weeks of departure, where full payment is required at the time of booking.

Low deposits
Low Deposit offer applies to selected new TUI River Cruise bookings only departing up to 31st October 2026. You can now book your TUI River cruise with a deposit from £100 per person. The full deposit amount is £300 per person – the full deposit will be due within either 4 or 12 weeks of booking your cruise, or you will be required to pay the remainder of the total holiday cost, whichever date comes sooner depending on when you booked your holiday. If you cancel your holiday you still have to pay the full deposit. Deposits are not available on holidays departing within 12 weeks of departure, where full payment is required at the time of booking.

£0 deposit by direct debit - Our £0 deposits are only available for selected holidays, so remember to check before you confirm your booking. To opt in, a Direct Debit needs to be set up before the booking’s confirmed. If you pay by Direct Debit, we’ll provide you with a confirmation setting out the payment amounts and due dates. This offer does not apply if your issue relates to Events Beyond Our Control. Examples of events beyond our control are but not limited to: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity or its consequences, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, health risks, unavoidable and unforeseen technical problems with transport, closed or congested airports or ports, weather, high or low water, the imposition of sanctions or other Governmental action and any other similar events. To take advantage of this offer, if things go wrong during your holiday you must tell a member of our onboard team as soon as possible so that they can try to solve the issue for you there and then. If you are still not satisfied, you must raise a complaint with our onboard Cruise Director so that they can investigate further and do everything possible to provide you with the holiday you expect. If the Cruise Director cannot solve your issue, please contact our specialist River Cruise team within 7 days of coming home, and they will help with your Holiday Satisfaction Promise compensation.
