How do I request my onboard statement or raise a query about my Marella Cruises onboard account?
If you need a copy of your onboard final statement or have a question about your onboard account after your Marella Cruises sailing, here’s what to do:
Requesting your onboard statement:
To obtain your final statement, email the automated ship address below. Please include:
- Lead passenger name
- Booking reference
- Sailing date

Raising a query about your onboard account:
Once you’ve received and reviewed your onboard statement, if you believe there is an error, you should contact the After Travel Team to raise your query.
Please note that after your cruise, your onboard account is automatically settled and any outstanding balance is charged to the payment card registered onboard.
You may still see pending transactions on your bank statement. These are temporary authorisations and will usually be released automatically by your bank within up to 14 days, depending on their policy. No action is required for these.
