Marella Cruises shore excursions

What happens to my shore excursion if plans change, or I cancel my holiday?

If your excursion or port of call is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund automatically. It can take up to 7 to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.


If you cancel your holiday, any pre-booked excursions will also be fully refunded to your original payment method within the same timeframe.


If you miss your excursion or don’t turn up, it’ll be classed as a no-show, so we won’t be able to offer a refund.
