This smart hotel fronts its own beach, and comes with five à la carte restaurants and a great pools scene.
The dining choice here is vast – as well as a buffet there are five à la cartes, including a poolside steak place. Talking of pools, the collection features one that’s just for adults, and another with slides for everyone.
This hotel has a tucked-away feel to it, with a private, course-sand beach on one side and a pine forest on the other. It’s not far to Side, though – a 10-minute bus ride will do it, or a leisurely walk along the beach if you prefer.

Life of a princess - Room 1362 Sea view
I cannot rate this place highly enough, life isn't the same now were back home without our beautiful view. Our room was cleaned daily with petals and towel art left every other for us. The bed was super duper comfy and the shower was amazing. No bath was the only downfall to the room. One tip i'd say is maybe have the mini bar staff come a little later in the day as that poor boy got our just woken faces a few times through no fault of his own. The staff are outstanding, so friendly and cant do enough to help. Unfortunately my boyfriend took ill with appendicitis towards the end of the holiday and was taken to hospital. The staff back at the hotel done all they could to help me and when David was brought back to the hotel we were given a free courtesy room in order for him to shower and rest before our pick up as I'd already checked out of our room. The food I must say was becoming a bit repetitive and boring and we were more than ready to get home for a bacon butty as bacon is not something they do but that was to be expected in a muslim country. We visited the chinese a la carte after waiting 3 days and the service was the worst I had ever received in a restaurant. Perhaps they should look at having more than just two staff members on in these restaurants as haven spoken to other guests this seems to be an issue in all the a la cartes. The hotel is a bit isolated but there is a bus stop and taxi rank right at the end. Thank you to all staff at this hotel, we will be back one day :)More
Great hotel, good food (nice choice of restaurants), we stayed in G sector which was a bit far, but we got family room so we were happy. I read a lot of comments here on TripAdvisor and this is why we have chosen this hotel and we were extremely satisfied with everything. Great pools for kids, beach is a bit difficult to enter, rocky on some places, but not bad. Sunshades on beach could be bigger for families but ok.... Animation team is great, our kid enjoyed Mini Disco, mini club, pools and all amenities you guys have... many recommendations for families for this hotel, one of the best in Antalia regionMore
10th visit to the Turquoise Resort
Clearly, I like this All Inclusive Hotel, returning for the 10 consecutive year. I stay in the deluxe rooms in the main hotel block, a nominal upgrade cost offering an inclusive safe and back illuminated mirror through which the TV is visible only when on. The mini bar is restocked daily with a selection of soft drinks, beer and water. If you wish you can get drinks from the main 24 hour bar and take to your room, just a few minutes away. The hotel is set in a beautiful Pine Forest, flowers abound, which are well-manicured. The site continues down to a sandy beach with two piers. I am currently starting the second week of a 2 week stay and continue to find this hotel as enjoyable as always. Whilst the hotel faces challenges with staffing levels, due to the significant tourist drop off to Turkey, it continues to offer an excellent holiday experience for a competitive price. There are small grips, but in the whole scheme of things, it continues to be a fabulous hotel. At the end of season the nightly shows have a greater mix of live music all of which I have found very enjoyable. Food remains excellent with a wide variety of choice in the large buffet resteraunt. The hotel has five a la carte restaurants which can be visited once per stay for no extra charge. I believe a second visit is a 10 euro supplement. There are plenty of sunbeds on the lawns, beach or piers. At the edge of the site the fun pool has three large water slides and an extended pool area as well as a baby pool with sunshade. It's location offers the bonus of a pleasant walk along the beach into the ancient town of side with a large amount of Roman ruins, well worth the walk. With courteous staff throughout, I would thoughilly recommend this hotel to both couples and Families, of all ages, without hesitation. Five star holiday. More

an honest review
we arrive very early hours of the morning and was sat on long time and given a cool glass of wine, we were given room 1044 we had no view and a white mould building directly outside our terrace it was an awful setting. I went back to reception to be informed to come back at 9am it was approx. 4am. So next morning at 9am I set down to the reception to change room, the hotel female manager actually didn't speak to me she spoke to the bellboy who took us to the second floor to view the room which had a lovely view (room 1210) of the pine forest. I personally found the hotel female manager very rude. If you are given the key to 1044 do not take it!! The room - double bed, tv, plenty of storage and wardrobe space, mini bar (stocked with coke zero, coke, sprite, Fanta, sparkling water, still water, beer and restocked daily), safe (you have to pay for this 2 euros per day), 2 chairs and small table. Bed ok but sheets was not changed as much as expected twice in 10 days. The terrace had small table 2 chairs and hanging rail for damp cloths. Bathroom - shower with 2 shower heads, hairdryer, shaver point and small samples of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, soap, shower cap and vanity set. The towels were changed daily as was the bath mat. The food - I didn't have breakfast, we had lunch in the snack bar hamburgers, soup, chicken nuggets, baked pots with cheese, chicken, chips, pasta, salad, fruit, cakes. Waiter serves the drinks. Evening meal was in main restaurant and there was plenty of choice of meats, fish, soups, salads, veg, pastas, fruit, desserts etc the choice was lovely. The waiter served the drinks. There is also a pancake, cake and ice cream area - the pancakes were warm with raspberry jam, honey or chocolate sauce. The waiter there was very nice there and friendly. there was also a lady that made fresh local bread. There is loads of selection of foods. There was 4 al la cartes we used the steak and fish ones, both were very nice but we had to wait a very long time between courses. There was plenty of places to get drinks we liked the sultan bar and lobby bar, there cocktails were very strong. The hotel itself was a beautiful setting - forest at front of hotel, beach which was divided into two one for everyone and one for 16+, there were 2 piers again one for 16+, there is a big pool, children pool, aqua park, indoor pool and 16+ relaxation pool. The in door pool was not used very much and I was normally the only person in the pool from 9-10am and the relaxation pool was very quiet normally with 5 people max. it was a lovely hotel and I really enjoyed the quietness of the 16+ areas. The evening shows were interesting - Michael Jackson show was amazing as was the 2 other dance shows, I did not enjoying the live music shows at all. Side and manvagat was nearby. We went around side ruins and habour one day nice to see and all free. We went to side market which was busy and selling a lot of same things, we caught the bus there which is 3.5tl (the bus also take euros) and we caught the taxi back which was 8 euros. The manvagat market is a lot larger and the sellers are not so aggressive and will let you look rather than jump on you like side market. We also visited nova mall its half way between manvagat and hotel and is on number 2 bus it is a big mall for shopping make sure you have lira a lot of shops don't take euros. it is a big shopping mall with different stores and a large hypermarket. there is a few shops in the hotel, there is a jewellers, clothes shop, market and hairdressers/tattooists. Most of the staff are lovely and try very hard - English so times is problem but I don't speak Turkish and they try hard. I like this hotel its near enough to the tourist sites but far enough out for peace and quiet. I loved the cats too.More
4 star hotel at best
When selecting our holiday, we were aiming for 5 star resort (we were conscious this was not a luxury 5 stars but we were re-assured this was a proper 5 star level) and selected Turquoise Resort and Spa, using this criteria. The price was quite premium, comparing to other well known resorts, so we were quite confident it should be a good hotel for family vacations. Also, interesting to mention, the reviews are really good in Trip Advisor and Booking.com, that made us even more confident upon the choice. But boy did we get disappointed upon arrival to the hotel! First of all, hotel is really run down. Despite the fact they claim to have had renovation few years ago, I think the renovation was only very superficial - repainting of some walls and lining new wall papers in the rooms. The only properly renovated area, is reception. Secondly, the food in the main restaurant is really poor (again, 5 star Ultra All Inclusive standard in mind). The same hot buffet dishes would be for lunch and for dinner, really poor quality of meats and fish dishes. Restaurant makes and impression of variety, by serving the same dishes in multiple plates, but essentially ends up very limited options and repeated day by day. Some grill dishes were probably supposed to be the highlight of the dinner, but not all were very good overall. Breakfast were also very low quality, limited in selection in hot and cold dishes. Overall, food is definitely not a strength of this resort and I would argue, you can get better means at 3-4 star hotels. Being completely fair, the A La Carte Restaurants did serve proper food and had much better service. Steak house especially was great. However, you had to queue in 20 people queues every morning at 9 am to make the reservations 2 days in advance if you wanted to get into the restaurant. Not exactly how I imagine 5 star experience. Drink selection. Hotel positions it self as an ultra all inclusive resort, which (inconsistently but still), unusually means a good selection of imported alcohol drinks. This was not the case at all. When discussing with guest relationship of our experience, they argued they had 5(!) imported drinks, that made them qualify for the UAI statement. Unfortunately, I do not think they had even those 5 in their bars as they were regularly out of something (including cold coffee).. More on premises - some settings were really disappointing, as the holes in elevator floor, cracks in the walls and the furniture of 90's. Some 'renovated areas', like main restaurant bathroom resembled the central station or airport toilets, than the resort's. One special characteristics was the air cons in the rooms. It was so loud, you would think it's poring raining if you woke up at night. We had to switch it of to have a proper night sleep and other tourists were complaining of the same issues. Tip of the advice on the room selection - for at least a decent view, please book sea view room. If you do not do that, great chances are you will end up staring at the wall of the other building block from your balcony. In regards to service - it felt like the restaurant crew was understaffed - they were working extremely long hours and running all the time. And even so, a lot of cases you would end up sitting with the pile of used dishes during the peak hours as it was just not enough of them. However there were some great people in the bar crew that provided a great service, after being tipped (which is of course understandable). Room cleaning was very poor. If you accidentally pored the sweet drink in the balcony, next day you will still find it there, after the room was cleaned with of course addition of hundreds of ants on the spot. Sometimes it was not exactly clear if the cleaning was finished and you would get toiletries only sometimes - probably depending on who worked. Important to add, that tips did not have any impact for this process - we did try. In addition, we found some items missing from the room after cleaning was done (not expensive, therefore we believe it was just a quality issue than a theft), including a toy, that was left in a bed and possibly taken away with the sheets. That part did not go well with our son, who loved his toy and got really upset of loosing it in his own hotel room. We raised this with the hotel administration but of course they could not find a toy, nor they tried to apologies or compensate it in any way. Also, I want to add that after the arrival, we complaint about the quality of the hotel to agency as well as guest relations, arguing the quality of hotel is much worse, than we expected, but there was nothing they offered to improve this at all! The guest relation position was that since we do not like the hotel overall, the change of our room or any premium would not be a good idea. One way to look at it, but in 5 star service I'm sure there could have been some actions to take. I hope this review will be useful for other travelers and help them to make right selection and/or manage their expectations. Overall, it is a good hotel, if you are not picky on food and premises quality or if you are getting the deal at the price of 4 star. In this case - it might have all you need for a good vacation.More
