Tucked right behind a sandy beach, this Cesar Manrique-designed hotel has a setting worth shouting about.
The adults-only Gran Tinerfe couldn’t be in a better spot. Turn one way and there’s a sandy beach. Head the other and there’s a great mix of shops, bars and restaurants.
As well as three pools and a sea-view restaurant, this place has an impressive bar – it’s up on a roof terrace and has standout sunset views.

Wonderful fantastic holiday it was practically perfect in every way I love every aspect of this hotel and would like to get married here next year xxx your staff were amazing hardworking and caring in their roles More
This is the 2nd time my mum & I have stayed at this hotel in the last 18 months & would definitely stay again. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble! We had one issue which was resolved straight away and was given a change of room. A good variety of food with different themed evenings. Dani & the animation team did a great job organizing a full time table of activities during the day & great entertainment acts during the evenings every night. Thanks again Dani & all your team for the hard work & effort you put in. Hotel is ideally located right next to the beach & within easy walking distance to Playa Fañabe & Playa De Las Américas. Looking forward to planning our 3rd visit to this hotel. More

Checking in a nightmare
Arrived at hotel 1.30pm, had to wait 3 hours for our room, then allocated a cheaper room than we had booked. It took 24 hours for us to be moved to a room for which we had paid, no apology, no nothing. Restaurant queuing for the ticket entrance was ridiculous. The tables in the restaurant are too close for comfort, the food was good, self service, but it did have a feel of a canteen. I expected better from this 4 star hotel. Will find another hotel next visit to Tenerife.More
Never ever again!!!
Firstly my only positive of this hotel is the cleanliness and location. Meal times I can describe as manic. You have to queue to get your drink ticket as nothing is free and everything is charged to your room even water!! The main reason for my negative review is the rudeness of a particular receptionist called Victor. There was an oversight by the hotel as although we paid for drinks as we went along, this was not put on the computer. When we went to checkout we had a bill for the entire week even though there was only 12 euros we needed to pay. Victor was so rude and argumentative I really could not believe what I was hearing. We explained that we were not blaming him for the hotel error but he would not even accept anything we were saying and was extremely defensive saying underneath his breath shaking his head "unbelievable". When asked if he would stop he wouldn't and continued to be very unrespecrful to us. In a nutshell I would never return for this point alone. This man should be sent on a customer service training session so no other guest has to witness the behaviour and attitude we experiencedMore
VERY CONFUSING. & NO VALUE FOR MONEY
what a lovely hotel. Staff and food very good. Sadly it’s a victim of its own success with its privilege status. Really not worth the extra money you pay. Let me validate this comment. It’s unfair to restrict people who pay the additional upgrade fees. Then your still getting charged for things. Everything you have you have to sign for. And the drinks in the prestige lounge only available up to 21.00. Should be 22.00 or 22.30 max. Then having to pay for drinks on top with your meals. Even water. Between TUI & this hotel I believe it to be over priced and over rated. I never mind paying for extras but the confusion does leave the feeling of being ripped off. The snacks available during the day in privilege are limited and never enough. As well as being ushered out of the lounge at 21.00 in not the most polite way. Personally as much as I like this hotel. I would not stay here again until all the confusion and a financially fair system is reviewed and changed. It’s a great shame that this lovely hotels services really are a rip off compared to better hotels. You could actually stay in a better hotel rather this the H10 gran tinerife. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and our 7th anniversary. With another week to go. It can only get better or we could just cut our loses and book into another hotel. Come with an open mind. But have your wallet cash and credit cards ready. Chambermaids fantastic. Bar staff excellent Food tasty Drinks are very expensive And in my opinion the privilege is not worth upgrading to. Pay for towells is unfair Pay for safe is unfair. Please look at what your offering and be more realistic with the privilege service. It would sell so much better. And great no kids allowed. We have another week to go in room 910 Can it get better. I will tell you. More
