Just back from week’s stay, the actual complex was ok but it’s a bit much to charge 5.50euros for sun beds.I have never come across this before. Now to the apartment, we stayed in number 357 booked through Booking.com and quite frankly it was awful. The second bedroom was little more than a cupboard! The bathroom was old, half of the shower door was broken off and replaced with a curtain, the toothbrush holder was rusted to wall . The main bedroom was dark with only bedside lights that worked. The kitchen was old and horrible there’s now way I could cook anything, the fridge door was disgusting and the fridge was so old I’m surprised it worked. The work top was forever covered in small insects I could never get rid of. The tv reception was ok and had a couple of British channels but was postage stamp size. The electric sockets seemed a bit dangerous to us. I’ve put this review on booking.coms website, when I’ve looked today they haven’t published any of the bad stuff. I would most definitely never stay here again.More

Apart from anything else a 5 Euro charge per day per sunbed is ludicrus! We are a family of 5 staying for 2 weeks and we didn't use the pool! Used the bar a bit instead though 😁 even for the last hour hour they wanted the full 5 Euros 😠 was a shame as they could have charged just 1 Euro and still made a fortune. Won't be back.More

Great Hotel, shame about the smell!
Lovely hotel in a great setting. Good pools, nice big rooms and balconies but ours was over the bin store and the smell was awful. Asked to move by day 2 as it got worse when the builders arrived on the Monday morning. Only able to move us further up the same block so less smell but loads of noise. Have 3 young kids so spend time in our room in the middle of the day and it definitely detracted from our holiday experience. If you had a better location I would recommend this hotel but the hotel say they cannot guarantee a position and you can ask to move each day. Not ideal.More

Never ever again
We stayed in apartment 3104 - was disgusting! The rooms were unclean, stuffy and old! The balcony was flooded so we all kept slipping, health and safety hazard! The showers ran brown water for about 10 minutes before you could use them! Could say so much more but will just sum up with never will i consider staying here again nor will i reccommend anyone to do so! €3.50 per day for a sunbed and an extra €1.50 for a cushion, no wonder we decided to sunbathe else where, no atmosphere and a rule list as long as the builing itself, were on holiday not in school!!! We booked through booking.com and not once saw anyone throughout our stay to mention these issues too and instead received rude emails and piece of paper to sign - not exactly customer service at its finest! Tenerife is my favourite place but will certainly be crossing this one off the list!!!!More
