This place comes with a big lagoon pool and an à la carte restaurant. It’s also got some spectacular views.
This hilltop hotel has views of the epic Los Gigantes cliffs, as well as across the ocean to neighbouring La Gomera. It’s in a quiet spot, but it’s still less than 10-minutes’ walk to the beach.
The hotel has a trio of pools, including a big lagoon number. Elsewhere, there’s a buffet restaurant with panoramic sea views, and another à la carte option. Then there are live shows in the music hall.

Enjoyable relaxing week away
We wanted to have a holiday that we could just rest, our week was just that, our room was perfect for us, it was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We if we get a chance will be back to enjoy another lazy time.More
A good hotel, but would rather be rated 4 instead of 4,5. Needs to refresh the rooms and change the hard beds. Good buffet food, but the food in the a la carte restaurantes were so so.. Great entertainment and staff in the high rope climbing area!More

Enjoyed our stay in November
Finding any Hotel in Tenerife without very mixed reviews seemed impossible, so we went for this one, travelling with our 20 year old daughter, the larger room size was a factor. We came back last Thursday and we really enjoyed our stay. The weather in early November was perfect, mid 20's and about 19/20 at night so we slept with the curtains and balcony door open - which shows how quiet it is there at night. The room was on two floors with a bedroom, bathroom and balcony upstairs and a sitting room (with sofa bed) and shower room down; ideal for us - the room was clean comfortable and although not modern in good condition. Pillows were a bit skinny for us. There is a mini bar in the room (water, Pepsi & beer) but refilling was a bit hit and miss. We used the 'quiet' pool a couple of times, the other being too noisy - it could be cold in the mornings. The hotel is huge and on many levels so there is a lot of walking and up and down stairs or lifts, there are sea views from almost everywhere. We used the spa twice - once for free and once half price and it was brilliant, a fantastic couple of hours of relaxation getting jet washed in so many different ways! The food experience was mixed - breakfast was OK - we avoided the juice which was poor, fresh eggs, and OK hot breakfast, plus fruit, bread, pastries etc. Lunch was pretty good, with nice outside balcony tables, and a juice including freshly grilled fish and meat, nice salads etc, and friendly drinks service (and decent juice!) . We used the snack bar once, they have something fresh on everyday, but otherwise it is the usual stuff, handy for self service drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, cold wine & sangria). Evening meals were often very busy, with a queue at certain times - on one occasion they opened the second buffet room - it could be a bit frantic. The evenings are themed and some are more successful than others but we could always find something to eat, and the quality varied from pretty good to OK, drinks service was OK but the staff were very busy. In the evenings there was always a show - we went once to some Spanish dancing which was excellent, and a live musician in the bar - some were good, some a bit boring. Hotel clientele was very mixed - English, German, Russian, Spanish, French, Dutch, and mixed ages too. There was no bad behaviour (apart from excessive over-eating) other than one rowdy person at 12:45 at night who was dealt with by a Security Guard We loved Los Gigantes - it is quiet but not too far by road from the airport or main resorts, but it is very hilly. We walked down to the nearby black sand beach a few times - it was a lovely beach, but steep and the sea could be rough. We also hired a car which we parked for free at the hotel (spaces are very small) and drive up the volcano, along to Siam Park and the Submarine - all of which are highly recommended. All in all enjoyable, but some aspects of the hotel could have been better.More
Beds were fit for the bin! The mattresses were horrendous and we didn't sleep at all, when we complained to reception they just put a blanket on top of the bed to make it softer, not impressed!! The there was broken glass out side our room for two days plus to top it off the were refurbishing rite out side our room, the one day we didn't have access to our room as the were painting and glossing the fummes were horrendous around my baby!!!
