    Sandos San Blas is set next to the sea in the quiet resort of Golf del Sur. Its big draw is the fact that it’s within a nature reserve, which has rock and lava formations, and ceremonial sites used by Tenerife’s first inhabitants.

    Stylish, contemporary rooms are housed in clay-coloured buildings that blend in to the volcanic surroundings. The hotel’s interior spaces are designed to mimic nature, with earthy tones and dark wood panelling.

    Just got back on 29th November,first time at this hotel,had a good week ,rooms were big and spacious,food was excellent,good selection of drinks even branded ones.Very chilled atmosphere,getting sunbeds no problem any time of day ,.the evening entertainment was of a very high standard.The staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel,y

    Stayed for 10 days as a couple 20th to 30th Overall hotel is very clean, looks a little drab with the choice of colour, but I guess that is to blend into Sans Blas as an eco resort. Pool areas very good and quiet. Room are large with good WiFi , although weaker by the pools with over 70ms latency. Food is plentiful with lots of choice at all meal times., meat, fish, salads, fruit. Wine is OK, found the wine label at a supermarket for €3.89, so wholesale far less. Staff in bars very good and attentive. The Gourmet restaurant is good at lunch but poor in the evening. I chose pork fillet which was over cooked, dry and chewy, my wife ordered veal, which turned out as a lump of beef. Pointed this out to the French waitress/manager who gave me a typical French shrug. For a great meal go to Los Abrigos Restaurant, in the Los Abrigos harbour. Worth joining the talk/walk around the Sans Blas reserve, to understand a little about the origins of the island and its early history

    Arrived Friday night and immediately felt at home. New this year lunchtime at La Proa - delicious food in relaxed atmosphere. Have read some bad reviews about food at buffet which we cannot understand. Board walk to Los Abrigos is welcome improvement. As usual staff welcoming and efficient.

    This was my second time to Sandos San Blas and my mother’s first. Absolutely fantastic. Room lovely and clean all pool areas spotless and the food is delicious. The staff are by far the best assist the hotel has. The reception staff are friendly and give a lovely welcome. The bar and waiting staff are just lovely and do all they can to make your experience the best they can. The animation staff are superb I have never laughed so much during aqua gym again they do their very best to make your stay enjoyable. Down to the cleaning staff they are so friendly. Getting married next year and I will be booking ten days back in San Blas for the honeymoon and booking again for next November to go with my mam. A big thank you to all in Sandos San Blas.
    Large spacious hotel

    We have just returned from a 10 day holiday at the Sandos San Blas hotel. Our room was a suite LA149 which was overlooking a small lake, it was a large room with a connecting lounge which was very nice, however the furniture was a bit tired looking & the balcony furniture was breaking - it felt like the room needed to be refurbished. The hotel itself and the surrounding pool areas were very well maintained and attractive, however there were two things that we thought really let the it down - (1) the quality & selection of food which, compared to other brands of hotels that we have stayed at in the various Canary Islands, was very very poor (2) under staffing, although all the staff that we met were excellent - there just wasn’t enough of them to clear tables & replenish food dishes etc. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel - maybe a 4 with food improvements.
