The family-friendly Puerto Azul Suite Hotel presents buffet dining, a great pool scene, and easy access to the sands.
The Puerto Azul Suite Hotel is in a great location for families. It’s set a little way back from Puerto Pollensa’s sweeping bay, so you’re looking at just a couple of minutes’ walk to the nearest sandy beach. And the icing on the cake - the rooms and restaurant have been recently refurbished.
In terms of design, the hotel is Spanish through and through. Bright, whitewashed buildings sprout from grounds peppered with palms, and the whole place overlooks the Vall de Boquer Mountains.

Jet2 Mallorca week stay in October half term
Excellent hotel, especially the location which is the posh area of pier to pollensa. Really lovely staff and would definitely return. The pool is superb, lovely and cool and deep. Entertainment was good fun and just the tight level and I’m not sort of person who goes for hotel entertainmentMore

Food at pool bar excellent, staff in restaurant wonderful, nice to eat by pool in evening. Good position but 5 min walk to the sea and promenade. P pollensa is so beautiful. More
Puerto Azul Hotel, Puerto Pollenca
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Puerto Pollenca. The hotel could not have been better- I would give it top marks in any poll. We were very impressed with all aspects of it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was great- well cooked and plenty of choice which changed daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel at home. I had read reviews before I went that had a few complaints in, but we never found anything to complain about. I would go back again tomorrow if I could! Many thanks to ALL the staff there!!😁😁🌴🌴☉😁😁More
Quick short break
After a disaster with cancelled Monarch flights, we found a short break to this hotel during the kids October half term. Having not stayed half board since having children, it was going to be a new experience for 2 families each with 2 children. Upon arrival, it was apparent that the hotel was quiet as it was due to shut on our last day as the season ended. Reception sorted our check in and we went to our rooms. We were on the ground floor, one pool side and one on the back facing the mountains, this was due to a lot of the rooms having already being allocated to some more elderly residents. The rooms were spacious each with a patio. The children were setup on sofa beds in the lounge. The lounge also had a standard size under counter fridge, perfect for drinks we bought. There was however a lot of noise when people were leaving the hotel during the early hours, the sound seemed really loud. The first nights dinner in the restaurant was somewhat limited, particularly for the children despite being a buffet style, but the second night was much better with a Mexican theme. Breakfast was also buffet theme which again was sufficient but was reduced as our stay drew to an end. The bars served a wide selection of gins and cocktails of which the offering stayed available through to our last evening. By the end of our stay we pretty much had the pool to ourselves and we were able to have inflatables for the kids but I would guess this would be much busier in high season. There was also a sandpit play area by the pool that the kids used a lot. Shops were nearby to purchase drinks and snacks and the seafront was a 5-10 min walk which was a beautiful promenade with plenty of shops and bars. Only being there for a short stay we didn’t explore much but would definitely reconsider visiting the area again.More
