Kids’ Club by TUI Family Life for 3 to 11 year olds, May - Oct
Designed for 3 to 11-year-olds, our Kids’ Clubs offer daytime activities, five times a week. To ensure all activities suit your little and not-so-little ones, we’ve split the Clubs into age groups and tailored the activities for each. Just like in our TUI Family Life resorts, there’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5-year-olds and @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, so you and your kids get a taste of the full experience. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids’ Club team are trained to UK standards by TUI, and have undergone relevant checks.
It’s designed like a cloverleaf with one leaf set aside for toddlers, and edged by sun terraces laden with loungers and palms.
The little ones won't want to leave once they see the menagerie that is the hotel splash pool. With slides, waterfalls and water jets this custom made splash area will keep them happy for hours.

My partner and me stayed here for the Stuart Hall cycle camp from 9-16 October 2017. The hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were of a decent size and were able to keep the bicycles on the balcony of our room. The rooms were serviced each day. The food was of a good standard with plenty of options and different styles on occasions. The staff were always helpful and I found Luis on reception particularly helpful and friendly. I would say that if you have children that it will be a good choice due to the facilities. It is quite a long walk to the town centre and a taxi might be worth booking. Would certainly use the hotel for future bookings.More

Fantastic hard working staff
We stayed 10-20 September as a couple and stayed in one of the non refurbished rooms which was ok but we did report a rather damp smell in the living room and then was left an insect spray! It didn't bother us as we were out most of the day but had to open the patio door as soon as we entered the room. The weather was quite good, few cloudy days but warm and a wet day but we took the bus to Alcudia old town which was a nice trip out on the rainy day. We also booked the Island trip through Nofrills (online) which was cheaper than the Thomson and included a boat trip. The staff at this hotel are so hard working and very friendly and the manager is very good too. Couldn't comment in the reps as we didn't really see them Although we are a mature couple with no little ones we found this hotel catered for all ages and the food on the whole was good, sometimes could have been a bit hotter and would suggest covers for the lunchtime buffet at the pool bar as the wasps really put us off eating there. Wine in bottles was good and the beer too. Would return when we have grandchildren!More
Good and Bad
The good - the standard of service by the staff is excellent. The bad - poor standard of cleanliness in the rooms - we reported the rubbish under the furniture in the suite - over the 10 days it was not cleaned. The floors were mopped everyday but the standard wasn't great, don't leave things out on tops as they are covered in ants very quickly. Quality and range of food didn't merit the star rating - it was good enough but not at the standard they provide in the brochure. We will be returning to the area but not this hotel.More
Great hotel for young families
Would definitely recommend this hotel for those with young children. We travelled in September. All staff, from reception, to dining area and bar staff, and cleaning staff were very friendly and incredibely helpful from the outset. Room (Suite) was incredibely clean with lots of wardrobe space and travel cot provided, as well as well-stocked kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) and spacious sink and draining board, as well as balcony with small clothes drying rack. A point to note, we did have to move from a Superior Suite that we had paid extra for via Thomson - this only had a microwave and fridge and no kitchenette, so wasn't suitable for our purposes with a small baby. Reception staff had us moved on the first day. Dining room was large and airy, and catered well for young children with high chairs, bowls and spoons - there were a lot of young children, and staff were very patient. Food was very varied every night with plenty of choice for meat, fish and vegetarian diets as well as staples of bread, cheese, salad, etc. Food was very high quality, one of the best all-inclusives we have ever eaten in. Beer and cava were also very good, as were the quality of own-brand drinks at the bar. Bar staff were also very helpful and friendly - there is one large bar area, a combination of indoor and outdoor, where the enertainment was held each night. Pool area was ideal for small children with a flume pool plus paddling / fountain area and the large pool had ramped access as well, for paddling. Something to note if perhaps not travelling with children, it can get very noisy and wet around the pool area but there was a sun deck further up for those without ankle-biters.The pool was a wee bit chilly. Spa was lovely and allowed chilren between 12 and 4 providing you had a towel, flip-flops and a swimming cap (which you can purchase) and had a lovely warm 2m deep pool and also provided floats for small children. Location wise, the hotel was a short walk to the main port - unfortunately we found the much-lauded 'pine walk' incredibely bumpy for the baby in the pram, but we walked along the main road instead. Puerto Pollensa was lovely, with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, although many did not have baby changing facilities. The beach was very well looked after. We would highly recommend this hotel.More
late september holiday
We have been to this area many time but normally near the centre. The walk from the Playa Mar along the pine walk is very lovely and takes about 20 mins at a normal pace. The hotel is very family frendly but we did not feel out of place as a couple. The staff are very good and do a fantastic job in all areas. well done. We had a updated apartment in block 3 over looking the pool area. This was moden and bright with nice decor and rain type shower, tea and coffee making, fridge, microwave, hair dryer and iron. The food was a bit hit and miss for us, the theme nights were fine, the pool snack bar served up the normal burgers, hot dogs ect but the main problem were the fly's and wasps the staff dont seem to notice the problem. Some covers would solve the problem. We had no problem in getting sun beds at any time, the pool water was very cold but it was late in september. A mini bus to the main marina would be a good idea. we would visit again.More
