H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

Our First time at this hotel and won’t be our last ...all the Staff were friendly and attentive but we have to mention the fabulous animation team.... From the kids clubs to the evening entertainment shows and the activities going on during the day they really do a wonderful job of entertaining everybody Amazing quality of the evening shows from Mama Mia to the quality and costumes of the Circle-of life show . think the whole hotel was crammed into the bar area to watch My daughter (9) went to the junior club( for age 9-12) every day . My 5yr old just loved the pools as she loves to swim. the warmer of the two pools though is the deeper pool at 135cm deep but plenty of floats /noodles available for everyone to use but inflatables are NOT allowed so don’t take your big unicorn or doughnut with you to this hotel . The Pool area was kept fabulously clean We were on an all inclusive basis and as our first time going all inclusive I was amazed at the fact that this hotel used all the Premium brand drinks for everyone. Food was lovely everyday. Check in was quick & easy and staff helpful and pleasant . There is no porter service so you do have to take all your own luggage to your room so be prepared to lug them up upto 3 flights of stairs if like us you’re on the top floor Our room was adequate enough for us if a little dated but Plenty of room & a fridge too. A wonderful holiday was had and we will be back to H10 Lanzarote gardens in the future for sure .

This was a brilliant spot for a family holiday. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and all the staff were really friendly and professional. A special mention for the entertainment staff, who went above and beyond to make sure the kids felt welcome and had fun. They also put on some enjoyable activities for the adults too - like archery, rifle shooting and football. We knew a lot of the animation staff by name after a few days and our children loved the activities and shows they put on. The food was nice in the restaurant too. It is pretty busy at times but that’s to be expected with a family resort like this. The staff are good at getting you a table quickly and keeping everything moving. Staff in the pool bar were also very good. The only suggestion I would have is to heat up the main pool a bit more. It was much colder than the other pool. We only ever used it for a quick cool down, and the kids didn’t want to stay in it for too long. After a few minutes they were saying “let’s go to the warm pool!”. It’s a shame because this is the more ‘fun’ pool with slides, and it has the shallow section for the smaller kids. It seems like if it was a couple of degrees warmer it would make a big difference. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll definitely be back again in future.

It's the first time I've had a holiday abroad over the October half term break and after my recent visit to H10 Lanzarote Gardens I'm now hoping it will become a regular occurrence. I travelled with my wife and 4 year old daughter and we chose this hotel due to the positive reviews with regards to the Children's Clubs and Entertainment on offer. I have to say that this hotel is just perfect if you have young children. The first morning we dropped our daughter off at the mini club we did feel a little guilty and wondered if she would be ok but we shouldn't have worried in the slightest. Our daughter absolutely loved it and each morning asked "What day is it today"? Each day the kids clubs had different themes and the team would dress up in different costumes which was a massive hit. I would like to say a big thnk you to Alex and his amazing animation team. They really are a credit to the hotel and definitely go above and beyond making each child feel special. Thanks also to Carmen and Magdalena who were just briliant with my daughter and definitely her two favourites! The evening shows were also really good and i thought it was great how some nights they got the children involved. My daughter played a part in the Lion King show which was just great for her confidence. Also, a nice touch handing out certificates and prizes each night. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Every day you could visibly see staff tidying and maintaining the grounds to a high standard. Our room was spacious and clean. The food was really good. Plenty of choice. The restaurant could get quite busy and hectic but is to be expected in a family resort. Branded drinks were also a bonus. Service in restaurant and bar also very good. Staff were constantly cleaning tables and trying to get you seated as quickly as possible if there was a queue. We have been to Lanzarote before but this was our first time to Costa Teguise. Short walk to the promenade (some improvement works currently on-going) and plenty of shops and amenities nearby. A very good location. We hired bikes from across the road one day which was fun (25 Euros for 2 bikes). Thankfully we picked a cloudy day so just about managed the 6km cycle to Arrecife. Not sure I would have coped on a sunnier day! We also hired a car from across the road one day. We got a Mini Cooper for 40 Euros and then you just top up the fuel you use. Would definitely recommend a drive down to Playa Blanca (about 40mins). Nice market at the Rubicon Marina (Wednesday & Saturday) and the beaches at Papagayo are just stunning. Some minor comments to make the hotel even better: - The main pool is very cold. - The last few days we could not get a sun lounger. People seemed to be reserving them very early and then not using them. - Our room was good but maybe just needed freshening up a little i.e. lick of paint/replace cracks etc. - There was no English football shown on the bar TV. - The hotel does charge you extra for use of the room safe and for changing your pool towels. Overall a fantastic trip with lots of special memories. Would love to visit again! Thank you. Walker Family
