    Positives: Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Clean and stylish decor throughout with loads of places to sit and relax. Breakfast has options for everyone including dairy and gluten free. Location was perfect, so many nice restuarants and a great beach within walking distance. Negatives: Only 1. The walls are really thin so it can be loud, I would take earplugs.

    This was my wife and I’s second visit to this hotel and third time to Santa Eulalia/Eularia. The hotel is in a good location opposite the boat yard leading along the promenade to the marina, port and beach. Ferries go from the port to Es Cana and Ibiza town every hour. You might want to go to the Hippie market is Es Cana on Wednesdays. The hotel is worth four star for rooms, cleanliness and food. The food was excellent in the morning and evening. Breakfast for me was great as they had all fresh fruit melons, pineapple, grapefruit etc. a full English and tomato juice which I love. Plenty of choice for evening meal and hot plates and food. The problem we had was some of the other guests. There was a wedding party of 40 in the hotel that came back at 05:30 hrs in the morning shouting and laughing and guess what they were in the next room. I had a word with reception and was told they were checking out that day. A family with a baby moved in and every hour the baby would cry for half an hour at a time all through the night. On the Saturday there was loud music coming from the hotel opposite till 2am as it was a Bank Holiday. That is not the fault of the hotel just bad timing. The reception staff are pleasant unlike the two elderly waiters in the restaurant, don't expect a smile. The head waiter and the waitresses were pleasant.The first visit to this hotel we had a room and the front and all O.K. this time the room was at the back overlooking scrubland. I got eaten alive by mosies even with repellent and a bug killer in the room, so be aware. Would we return, no! as we will not be returning to Ibiza again as we have many other places to see.

    Lovely hotel. Situated in the middle of town. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Meals were the best we’ve had on holiday. Gorgeous marina right on the doorstep. Staff were friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.
    A trusted favourite - nice and quiet, stylish and friendly

    We were trying to remember how many stays we have had at the Tres Torres over the years - at least seven. This stay was for the last week of October 2019 and was exactly what we had hoped for - the hotel remains quiet, stylish and friendly. We received a warm greeting from the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and it is lovely to see familiar faces still working there after all these years. The hotel has made further aesthetic updates since our last visit 2 years ago - it now has an outdoor eating area leading off of the restaurant where we enjoyed lazy sunny breakfasts and evening meals. And the decor on the landings of each floor is stylish and a nice touch. Everything feels very boutique-hotel. Rooms are exceptionally clean, beds are wonderfully comfortable and tv has a handful of UK channels to keep our 7 year old entertained during the lul in the day between returning from the beach and dinner. Visiting at the end of October, the weather was beautiful - a gorgeous 23/24 degrees on the day, a balmy 16 in the evening. We braved the pool once but it was understandably chilly so after that stuck to swimming in the sea which was still warm. A new boarded municipal/walkway area has been built beside the hotel - it has a basketball court where we enjoyed shooting some hoops at with our son. We had a great holiday - we are already talking about returning for our next trip!
    Good 4 star hotel with excellent food

    Stayed here 24th to 31st October 2019- had triple room as had grand-daughter with us and it was ample with balcony,comfortable beds, a clean room (daily change of towels and cleaned well) good air-conditioning, tv channels-many English. Dining room and also outside dining area was never over busy and the food choice is excellent and of great quality. Hotel staff are professional and friendly and always willing to help. The pool area is limited with a childs pool and a bigger one but if clients used it correctly it would suffice but as usual the British clients have to reserve the same sunbeds every day even though they may never use them until mid afternoon forcing everyone else to work around the inconvenience. Personally I would have a policy if they are left vacant then the towels "reserving" them should be removed immediately for everyones benefit as this habit made the pool area a no go for us. We took advantage of the beautiful white sandy beaches just along past the gorgeous marina-one beach is a no smoking beach too. Water here is crystal clear and even swimming daily at end of October fantastic. Great little hotel and well worth a visit.
