TUI SUNEO Villa Dorada

Food was shjt. You can go to a resteraunt anywhere in the world and have good food so they're is no excuse for the shjt on a plate. Everyone's opinion but when you go all inclusive on a holiday, you expect drinks on tap, your limited to 4 drink pp (which are half of a half) and when you do the mad dash 10 minutes before closing time to fill the table this is totally unacceptable. They kick you out at midnight on the dot, even off the few tables outside the hotel on the noisy road (may I add If you have a street view room you cant sleep due to noise). After 23:00 your limited to 2 drinks pp. All in all, we may as well have gone self catering because we didn't want to be couped up in that rabbit hutch. Our room, let me tell you! If you want to go sleep with the ants for a week book now! They was hundreds of them, along with walls that was punched in by rocky and a broken air con. ( even after complaining nothing was resolved) I wouldnt even let my dog live in that room. The pool; so the pool area was cold, beyond freezing cold and If you would dare brace yourself to get in it would only result in you snapping your neck on the floor. avoid if you have kids, death trap, even adults struggled. Staff beyond rude, even the life guard slept all day by the pool. Lifts.. two small lifts that hold no more than 4 people. God help you with a pram.we was on the 4th floor with a baby and had to wait each time for lazy so and son's on first floor refusing to walk. Soon as we pulled up to the hotel we knew it was terrible as it smelt horrid inside and out. Cant stress again how rude the staff are, please save yourself some money as you can go have a better time on skegness beach on a donky ride Terrible.

We came as two family’s in August with young children all inclusive definitely recommended with kids for drinks and snacks all day long. Pool is deep and separate kids pool that you are allowed floats in only. Typical food we expected but always found something to eat. The bar staff we absolutely fantastic great laugh in the evenings also the entertainment staff they all make the hotel what it is I don’t think the hotel or holiday would of been the same without them. Central location shops outside hotel and bars also beach that’s very busy. There was a small funfair for younger kids around the corner of the hotel aswell. Rooms were cleaned every day beds and fresh towels are room looked out onto the pool. We were there for two weeks and on the end of are 1st week are bag was taken off the table With iPhone and other belongings outside we’re you sit for entertainment show we walked off without it and noticed as soon as we got inside the lobby but with in the few minutes it was gone we tried to get help with no avail so we tried to speak to the manager of hotel and we’re giving the run around it took us everyday to complain and ask for the manager before we seen him five days later because he could only check cameras with camera company apparently. The outcome was they couldn’t see anything in cameras but we could travel to police station to make a report (on my request) they weren’t allowed be called to hotel. It really took from all the fun we had when that happened and we were left without help. I can’t see the hotel being anything without it’s over worked bar staff and entertainment team who were 10/10
