Best Oasis Park

Just back from this hotel and if I’m honest I was dreading it because of the negative reviews I had read well they are not all true never saw any cockroaches or people being sick ! The cleaners were at the pool cleaning everything ready for the sunbed dash at 8am hilarious!! There was plenty of choice for eating we had Chinese Mexican and Indian theme nights . The rooms are compact but manageable . Entertainment typical hotel type. Staff a bit miserable at times apart from abdel the barman brilliant nothing too much trouble for him always smiling and chatty. So don’t be apprehensive like me enjoy we certainly did . Not really a 4 star more like a 3 and a half but I would return

I have just returned from my stay at oasis park on the 6/7/19 after staying there 11 nights with my partner and 2 daughters 8 & 5. The hotel is very clean with housekeeping visiting every day to clean and change towels. The animation team are brilliant and are there from 10.30ish pretty much right through till 23.30, they’re all great with the kids and adults with plenty activities all day and kids disco at 9.30 till 10. The staff are all friendly and helpful especially Abdul who works behind the bar, he’s a great guy and goes above and beyond to help you with anything he can. The food was ok but a bit repetitive as expected with all inclusive but it’s still worth it for drinks & snacks. The pools are great for kids, our kids didn’t want to leave the hotel they just wanted to be in the pools all day, it’s sunbed wars on a morning though 😩 if you want a decent spot you have to be waiting at the doors at 8 to get out & get one! We had a brilliant holiday though and would come back again. 😊

Reception and check in: Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms: No difference with any other Spanish hotel. Nice and clean with air conditioning. Large bathroom with large mirror and a magnifying mirror as well. There was a large wardrobe and here is a bonus - a free safe! Tv in the centre of the wall, but didn’t use it so no idea what channels were available. Restaurant: I was on the half board package so my review of the restaurant is breakfast and evening meal only. The restaurant was the usual buffet style with a fresh grill area where chefs will prepare the daily specials at each meal time on demand. Plenty of variety at breakfast both continental and traditional cooked. Also a choice of juice and hot drinks. Omelettes and pancakes etc cooked at the grill area. Evening meal Almost every night had a theme. Gala dinner, Texan, oriental, etc the staff also dress accordingly which is a nice touch. Plenty of choice and variety, through soup to dessert. Very little queuing except at the grill for the evening specials - but nothing extreme. Poolside No problem getting a sun-bed in a good spot each day. Plenty of tables and chairs if you just want to sit around and relax. Bar looks out to the outdoor area with reasonable prices for those not on the inclusive package. Entrainment I saw a few shows during my week, which were pretty good, but there were no children in my party so don’t know what the kids entertainment is like. Over all a pleasant hotel in a good location with really good staff. I was in a group and none of us were taken ill or did I see or hear of any one being sick etc. I would go back.
