    If you want staff that is rude and dont speak english, go here. Even if you speak english to them, they will talk spanish back and just walk away. If you want silverfish in your hotelroom, go here. If you want extremly loud noices 24/7, go here. If you want to eat fatty food for a week, this is the place for you. If you dont need help with your bags, balmoral is the place. If you dont need a sunbed by the pool, because there are over 200 rooms, and never a sunbed avalible. I would not stay here if I got paid to stay here one more time. Cant wait to leave this hotel.

    We had a good holiday at the Balmoral the food was plentiful couldn’t really fault it. The rooms were basic but very clean the lovely cleaning ladies were in every day. We had a pool view which was good. Pool area was kept nice and we had no problem getting a sun bed. The staff were all very friendly the only negative thing I would say there is a smell in certain areas of cat urine but no sign of it as place was well maintained

    Second year comming here,food quality not as good as last year,neither was the service,probably still value for money,and at a push,would probably come back,but more likely to try another hotel.The hotel still has some good qualities but it needs to up its game.

    We have just spent 2 weeks in the Balmoral hotel it was brilliant we had a great time the entertainment team Rai and Kika were great fun and made us really welcome first class team ,food very good cannot understand why it's only 2 star ,will Defoe be back ,so many beautifull places to visit and only a bus ride away ,

    Great stay in Benalmadena.First class hotel.Clean and well presented.Excellent location.Menu suits all.Helpful friendly staff.Well worth a visit.Ideal for a school trip.Excellent transport links.👌👌👌
