    We had booked a room in the main building as price range suited our budget. However ,much to our surprise we were given an upgrade. Our room was down a steep incline near the beach and pool overlooking the Turkish coastline. We were on the top floor of a two storey semi detached chalet Furthest away from the path . The view from the balcony were amazing. A golf buggy would pick you up and take you back to main building where the restaurant ,reception and reps office were. The staff could not do wrought for us and each evening a small gift would be delivered to the room. A birthday cake ,bottle of bubbles and a liquer arrived on my husband's birthday. The pool and beach were very well maintained as was the grounds. A vast choice of buffet meals was available in the restaurant where outside dining was an option. The decor everywhere was pleasing to the eye. Although a thirty minute down hill walk to the resort of Pythagoria a taxi cost 7 euros there and five back. We loved every minute staying here and would definitely go back.

    I was with my wife on vacation and we spent in these hotel 10 days. It’s perfect place for someone who wants to relax and calm after busy year. Staff was professional and from reception to the restaurant everybody wants to serve you on professional level. Food was excellent and it’s a variety of different offers for everyone you can find what you want.Even if you don’t find you can ask staff and they will try to finds what you ask. If you look for good service and nicer place to rest this is right place.

    no kettles in the room for a five star hotel also we were half board and at dinner you need to buy water 5 euros a bottle which i think is a disgrace the food is lovely and so are the staff that work in the dining room they are amazing there is hardly any entertainment in the evening so make sure you hire a car or you will be bored but lovely location but overpriced

    The upgrade to a junior suite helped obviously but the best parts of this stay was the beach, the food and the service provided. Let’s start with food; we had all our breakfasts and dinners at the Panorama restaurant. The breakfast was varied and we cannot think of anything missing for anyone. Fantastic variations of fruits, bread, juices, omelettes, sweet stuff and anything you could think of. We were recommended to take halfboard (a good recommendation) so dinner was buffet type, but again greatly varied and met every demand we could imagine. One night was a greek night and we could enjoy greek cuisine which we appreciate a lot. Another night was a ’Gala dinner’ and was a 4 course dinner served at the table. Also great. Great selection of wines. Fantastic service by Iraklis and his colleagues. Thanks to all of you! The bars didn’t stand out but met expectations. The beach is according to us perfect. Calm, heading south, bar service, pebbles, not sand, fantastic water, snorkling was ok, beds of three different types and we enjoyed the ’hanging’ beds on the far left side. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t mind coming back at all - thanks all of you at Proteas Blu Resort!

    I recommend the rooms with private pools. Though the hotel pool is refreshing as well so it is not a must. Lovely that people don’t ‘hold chairs’ w towels. This is probably due to the fact that there are more than enough chairs / lounges. The hammocks in the sea are delicious! The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the pool cafe is very good. The dinner buffe is pretty good but it is very lovely that they alternate this w a Greek evening by the sea and a gala 4 course. I highly recommend eating on the boat one evening 🥰. The strawberry smoothie is yum 🥰
