    Hotel is no way near a 4 star, food isn’t great. Some nights were good with fresh kebab. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. The wedding couples superior rooms leaked really badly during a storm and pools became really dirty for our last day. Otherwise hotel was clean and staff were helpful & friendly.

    We stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of. October as a family of 4 The room was great spacious and always kept very clean. The bathroom was great huge walk in shower and plenty of towels. Bed were very hard and we had to ask for extra pillows. Kettle was available at the reception. We did however have air-conditioning for one night then it got switched off.. And it was mostly mid to high 20s The main pool was great lots of things to do for the kids. Water slides great fun. The 8inchesfood at pool side was always amazing. Fresh pizzas daily. Always beds available. And the weather was amazing..! It did flood for one day we were there a d unfortunately the pool was closed for 2 days but they sorted it out really fast. Also there was a huge power cut most of the night when we had the storm and there was no back up generators for any electricity. So we were in Complete darkness and it was quite frightening with two little kids. The restaurant was the main issue. My daughter has autism and found it really unbareble in there. It was boiling hot.. No aircon. Greek music blaring in the corner and the kids variety of food was very poor. So she hardly ate out whole visit. There were alot of flys around the food which can't be helped as there is a outside area to dine at. All the staff are very friendly and always make you welcome. The all inclusive drinks were a bit of a pain aswell as no cocktails or spirits served u till after 5 so we had to buy our own to drink in the day. Either that or you have the option or beer or wine. We walked into the local town a few times and there are some lovely restaurants.,bars and shops. The area around the hotel is pretty run down and neglected. I would say for a 4* hotel it needs updating quite a bit. But for a cheap getaway there is everything you need. If your looking for luxury.. I would look for somewhere else.

    On first impression on arrival was not expecting too much but on entering to reception we were greeted with a big smile from reception lady as we checked in after 10pm we had missed dinner but they had put 2 salads in our fridge with a large of bottle of water which was just what we needed and upgraded to superior room which was very nice and comfortable our view wasn’t too bad either the staff were all great always smiling from the cleaners right up to the top the food was good plentiful and something for everybody unless you are a very fussy eater entertainment was ok for kids some ok for adults but as we spent a few nights away exploring other parts of Rhodes we missed the best nights would definitely go back to this hotel also you can’t get spirits until after 5pm on the all inclusive but can get beer & wine & soft drinks all day you also can’t get ice cream until after 2pm

    Stayed for 1wk with my special needs son Matthew,all staff @ reception very helpful,especially,mina on pool bar,George in the restaurant rio@other entertainment staff,tryed to involve everybody. The only problem I had was lifeguard in slide area hid in shade not watching people or pools just sat watching his tablet or something.i borrowed kettle@hairdryer from reception at no extra charge for my whole stay,also you can hire pool towels 10duros which you got back at end of stay.

    It’s certainly isn’t a 4* or even a 3+ but it was clean and we had a great holiday- we were a party of 10 and all agreed the hotel had seen better days! It was clean and the food was good (not amazing) but service in restaurant and the lovely George was amazing - drinks very basic and my big pet hate was drinks served in plastic cups and plastic straws with no signs of any recycling! Nothing fancy about this place but all in all had a great time - there is a bus to take you to the local town and recommend T&P bar on the corner they certainly know how to serve a cocktail and not a plastic cup in sight! Bus very handy and also a bus stop right outside the hotel great for getting to Rhodes old town x
