Close to Kos Town, this hotel offers a great choice of pools, along with easy access to the beach.
The pools are what really sell this hotel. There are four main ones, each with its own draw – for example, one’s adults only, while another houses the splash park. Elsewhere, you’ve got five restaurants, including a Greek place.
Location-wise, the hotel is in a quiet spot just a couple of minutes’ walk from a sandy beach. And when you fancy exploring, it’s a few minutes’ drive to the island capital, Kos Town.

Last minute couples, great deal. Recommended.
My other half and I had planned to do a weeks all inclusive in October. Found this at nearly half price 10 days before. From arrival, it was great. Lovely clean spacious room for the two of us. Plus fruit, water and tea (no milk) on arrival. We purchased milk in the mini market on site, as we had a fridge. Food was good, but pretty much the same in all buffets, even when they had themed nights. Quite a lot with mustard. Neither is us are fussy eaters, so never went hungry. Recommend the pool pancake station too! Or a Greek salad at the water park and ice cream. Staff all friendly. Drinks were okay too, premixed cocktails but nice. Beer good too. Yes no bottled water, but you can buy bottles to fill if needed. But tap water safe to drink. Evening entertainment was a bit samey, just dancing with different music. Throughly recommend.More
All Round Good Resort - nearly all inclusive !
Resort is kept very clean, rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels, this resort is huge, I wouldn't recommend staying in the satellite areas, bit to far away from main resort facilities, however if you like peace and quiet the adult pool area is very quiet lacks any atmosphere (bit like a scene from the film Cocoon. You will need to book Chinese, Italian and Greek restaurants early in morning to avoid disappointment, and they cant be booked in advance which is a good policy. Alcoholic drinks are chargeable in Chinese (All inclusive resort !???) bottle of wine will cost 30 Euro, bottle of Veuve Clicqout champagne 120 Euros. Bottle of water provided in fridge on day of arrival, you will need to refill these or buy bottle form supermarket 2 litres 90 cents. Short taxi ride to Kos town 8 - 10 Euro, bus will get you there nearly as quick and for fraction of cost. Towel's provided for sunbeds and can be changed daily if you require, plenty of sunbeds but the fixed parasols will shade you throughout the day , not much space between beds either, so if you want full sun all day you will need to move around the resort. Sunbeds available on the resorts own beach which is a short walk across road, small bar serving drinks, some chargeable, and sunbeds chargeable ! (all inclusive !??). A good variety of food available , some of best I've eaten at all inclusive resorts, generally hot although at times the open air pool side restaurant food could have done with being reheated Not many people ventured into swimming pools, they were cold, rumoured that one pool is heated but unsure which one. Hair driers provided in rooms but not very powerful, so would suggest taking your own. Resort more for families with children , there's not much for adults / couples to do on evening, resort could benefit from over 18's club with disco or similar. Courtesy communal room available for use on day of departure or for a charge of 60 euro's you can extend room if available (cost based on 2 adults room) Room safe 15 euro's for 7 nights. Top Tip - if you like cup of tea or coffee in morning take you own teaspoon, there never seemed to be any around lol.More
Very good hotel
Well we booked this at the last minute and based on a deal offered by Thomson holidays. We don't normally do all inclusive as we like to meet the local people and eat in local restaurants but as the deal was so good we gave it a go. The hotel is on the north of Kos and therefore exposed to cool winds. There is a north east wind July and August called the "Meltemi" and there was strong winds most days when we were there so basically i think there will always be a wind taking the edge off temperatures. The hotel is very clean in all areas with the exception of the pool restaurant. Although the staff do very well at cleaning up, the simple volume of people prevent this being as clean as the rest of the resort. One annoying thing is that you have to book your evening meal restaurant at breakfast you get used to it but in high season i would imagine you'd be very lucky to get your choice of restaurant. The shows start at 9.30pm so all restaurants finish serving at 9.30pm not a great idea if. you don't wish to see the shows. There is one particular member of staff who deserves a mention, Kostas the supervisor in the Greek restaurant, he has time for everyone and could not be more helpful. We only ate at the greek restaurant twice (as it was full on two occasions) both times Kostas provided the most exceptional service and formed a friendship which we remember for many years. We saw him in the hotel on many occasions and he was always the same not just with us but with all guests. The food was very nice, the beer was also very good. Cocktails are pre-mixed but the wine needed some getting used to so we bought bottles of wine to have with meals........ much better. All in all, if you like all inclusive give this hotel a go, if you like to meet the locals forget the all inclusive during the day and get out and about.More

Lovely Family Break
This resort is huge!! Okay there is a few little niggles that will annoy a certain Calibre of people but we thought it was an amazing place! Would definitely return!! Think the only gripe was not having bottled water! Other than that a great time had by all and the weather was perfect for October :) More
Nice hotel but won’t be returning
We are currently on holiday here at the moment. We are on our 5th night of a two week holiday and we are already wishing to go home! The bedrooms are far too small!! When booking with first choice we were not given the option to upgrade the room to a larger room (which we would have done if we would have realised how small the room was and had the option ) with a 3yr old and a 1yr old we are cramped in a tiny hotel room and it’s proving difficult as we have no space to move! We asked the reception to upgrade our room and we were happy to pay a surcharge but they are asking for over €500 to upgrade for 9 nights which is pretty steep as they didn’t have availability to upgrade as soon as we got here! My 3yr old so doesn’t even have a normal size single it’s smaller than that and he has fallen out a couple of times! The food is okay I wouldn’t say it’s anything special and if you wish to have nice cocktails or wine at dinner it’s an extra charge! I’ve been to a lot better all inclusive! I will say tho that they are quite good at catering for allergies! Although the chefs in the main pool bar didn’t seem to have a clue my daughter can’t have gluten or dairy and he told me pretty much everything was okay to eat when I was told otherwise by another chef!. All the other places to eat in the hotel are fairly good! You only get bottled water on the day you arrive and after that any bottles water is chargeable!!! So for me who has to use bottled water for baby bottles it’s ridiculous so now we have to take an empty bottle down to breakfast and fill it!! You can drink as much beer as you like but they will charge you for bottled water that just seems a bit backwards! the things that let this hotel down are the little things that would make the holiday so we wouldn’t return and if you don’t want to feel like a hamster in a cage for your holiday I wouldn’t book this unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money to upgrade your room!!More
