Excellent hotel. Modern,clean and very well designed. Perfect views of Kos from the rooftop pool. Bar on the rooftop not overpriced either as can sometimes happen in hotels with such views -it would be nice to have watched the sunset up there but it closed at 8 p.m just a little before the sun went down. All the staff are super friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Especially Costas and Christina but Thank you to everybody for making our holiday so special. We would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to anybody. Perfect location. Marina one way the beach another. Old town 5-10 minute walk you could not go wrong everything is on your doorstep. Wishing you all the success you deserve . Keep up the hard work.

We arrived in the small hours and it was a quick and smooth check-in. We had breakfast on the first morning and we were offered breakfast throughout our stay at a discounted rate but we declined as we are really not breakfast eaters. The hotel is very contemporary and decorated an immaculate condition. This is my only gripe about the hotel, they don’t have any irons in the rooms and all of our clothes were creased, (from being in a suitcase) mainly our shirts. I would have thought that holidaymakers do need these facilities in their rooms. We did look around the vicinity to purchase an iron without any luck. In the end I asked the male receptionist about maybe the hotel supplying us one during our stay and his reasoning for the hotel not supplying them was a little unreasonable and to be honest his attitude wasn’t the best and the discussion did get a little tense until I nipped it in the bud and ended the conversation. Although afterwards, he did advise us on a laundry-mart just down the road (2-minute walk) which was brilliant. The room we had was very petite but it did have air-con, fan, a little kitchenette, en-suite shower room and balcony. The view of the courtyard isn’t the best but we didn’t use the balcony so it didn’t bother us. (See photo) We were on holiday with the rest of our family but they stayed in another hotel. One morning around 8 am my brother came to the hotel to our room as we had made plans for the day, we left around 11ish and the hotel sent us a letter (apparently on behalf of Tui) saying this wasn’t allowed and that it was chargeable which I thought was a little unreasonable as he was our guest and he wasn’t using the hotel facilities as such. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were to die for. You need to get there for 10 am or go around lunchtime to ensure you get a sun lounger. The location is very central and only a few minutes walk to the port.
