Sun Boutique Hotel

Just returned from sun boutique first you have to run the gauntlet of a road outside which can take at least 10 mins to cross and very very noisy, the hotel is ok some rooms very small not even enough room for one to stay really we asked for a larger room and was offered a junior suite which we paid extra for and was lovely only changed towels and sheets twice and we were there for 10 days if the towels were thick and fluffy it would have been ok but were a bit thread bear. Breakfast was ok but like others said no pastries ie croissants no toaster just bread and rusk things plenty of fruit and yogurt and tea and coffee staff very friendly pool ok but not enough umbrellas so we spent our time on beach also you need to shower before 7pm as the turn boiler off at 7pm so cold showers and very little pressure.

Just returned from a week at Sun Boutique Hotel, the name is misleading as this is not a boutique hotel, the hotel is small and friendly with nice clean rooms. the rooms have been updated with modern furniture and fittings but are still very basic, we only had a wardrobe and one drawer so had to use cases for clothes during our stay. The bathroom was modern with a shower area but no door or curtain as is normal in Greece, also you have to request a plug for the washbowl. We had a rear room so away from the busy road which can be very noisy at times. The air conditioning was not provided with a control, on asking at reception I was informed that they did not provide them but the staff would alter setting if requested! not good if you want to turn it off at night due to the noise, you have to open the balcony door or turn the room power supply off. With regards to the breakfast as others have commented no toast or hot eggs of any description available, I would suggest that as British guests we are in the minority so the breakfast selection is to the taste of the majority which appears to be German and East European. Be aware that if paying for anything by Card at the hotel you need to ensure that you are charged in Euros not Pounds Sterling, I was only aware what they had done on checking my receipts on returning home, this was done to the hotels advantage on exchange rate, I was not given an option.

My friend and I have just come back from a weeks bed and breakfast on the Su Hotel. It was a great break, with a lovely twin room and amenities. The staff were very friendly and the whole hotel and restaurant very clean. The hotel is well placed for the beach and restaurants. The breakfast is the same each day but there's a good choice of food. The coffee is fabulous - no cheap rubbish. The pool area is very spacious and clean. The only downside would be the road outside, which was busy and may be a problem for the rooms at the front. We had a room at the back, which was very peaceful. All in all very good value for money.
