    The Afrodite Hotel is just across the street from Roda Beach, a long ribbon of sand that makes ideal swimming and sunbathing territory. The centre of town is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, too.

    Design-wise, this hotel is traditionally Greek. Think whitewashed walls, terracotta-tiled roofs and arched balconies. Poke your head inside, and you’ll see traditional tiled floors and dark-wood furnishings.

    Another wonderful stay at the Afrodite in Roda. Panos and all the team there are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday, Greek lessons with my breakfast and the hotels position cannot be beat, literally 15 steps to the beach! Roda itself continues to deliver great food from all its many tavernas and great entertainment. Thank you again and see you soon

    When I read the reviews of this hotel after booking I was a little worried. However, I am very glad we stayed here! The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach by town, with amazing sea views. The hotel is quite outdated but very clean and perfectly comfortable. It is family run and everybody is very friendly and accommodating. Don't be put off by negative reviews, if you want somewhere to use as a base to explore Roda and Corfu then this is the perfect hotel! We would love to come back here again.

    We've been back home for a couple of weeks after our first holiday this year at the Afrodite-roll on September for our second visit !! We have been staying here for many years and there is always a warm welcome from all our friends at the hotel. A couple of changes this year with the rooms now having a TV and hair dryer in the bathroom. Panos, the 'handsome face' on reception( I think that's how told me to describe him!!!!) has lots of ideas for the future of the hotel, although we and lots of returning guests love it anyway. The view from a sea-view room is second to none, relax and watch the world go by! Lots on great tavernas and bars in Roda so why not give the Afrodite a try, I am you won't be disappointed.

    Our annual holiday either May or Sept depending when we can get in.Fantastic hotel warm and welcoming staff. Great food at the hotel bat or taverna next door where you get a discount. great view across the sea of Albania. Nothing but the best we have been alot of times and always the same welcome. Please note they now have hair dryers in the bathroom and tv in the rooms

    This was a last minute 14 day holiday but what a lovely place with amazing friendly efficient managers and staff no wonder so many guests were returners. Yes the breakfast tray was unusual maybe a smaller bread roll would be less daunting, but interesting to see how people tackled it. Anyway they had a good cheap alternative menu. Beach front location, with terrace,quite large clean rooms. Nice pool area and lounge area but as I say the people made it
