Really good, I really miss the animation team. It was an good hotell, good cleaners/cleaning ladys. And it was great that you could buy pictures and post them directly in the reception. The pool was really nice and the food. The only problem was the electrisity. It was only one place for charching the phone, so only one could charge the phone, Then we puöled out the TV so then both of os could charghe. Everything was cheap in bulgaria and the bus ticket cost only the half as it cost in sweden.More

Fantastic relaxing break
My husband and I had a 2 week holiday here fantastic location. Friendly staff. Amazing views. No complaints and only 2mins on bus to sunny beach for a wee night out. Food absolutely fine and drink selection. Will definitely return x More
fantastic, friendly hotel.
We first came to the Festa in 2016, again in 2017 and have booked again for 2018! I have never before gone back to the same place but absolutely love the Panorama. I am always realistic when going on holiday, I look at price, food, location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff and the festa ticks all the boxes because I set my expectations for what I have paid, and this hotel is great value! The staff are super friendly and great communication between us before travelling. We had a refurbished sea view room on floor 4 and it was spotless, the views are stunning. Food..... yes, bacon isnt like here In the uk but the fresh bread is delicious and you cannot go wrong with eggs, omelettes pancakes and waffles all freshly made not to mention all the cereals, yoghurts, fruits, cooked meats and cheese. There mash and soups are delicious and the lamb kebabs amazing , always pasta, meat in gravy, veg and lovely salads, if you Cram your plate with everything everyday then yes it will get monotonous, but the standard of food is fantastic for Bulgaria. We do eat out most nights but that’s our choice and not because we need too! Plenty of sun beds even in height of season and cleaners were out every morning at 7 am cleaning pool area. In fact cleaners were always cleaning! The staff are all fantastic, a smile and good manners go a long way, some guests were incredibly rude to them and they work ever so hard, Bell boy, reception and pool staff top notch! Had a good laugh everyday playing darts made some Good friends that were also there the year before and are going again next year !There was plenty of other entertainment going on at different times too, kids are looked after really well here, the entertainment staff work tirelessly....I cannot comment on evening entertainment as we were out and about. Across the road are chemists, shops and restaurants , a short walk down the street across the road is a proper supermarket and the white rose which is super cheap and fantastic food. 20 minutes walk to old nessebar, bus stop to sunny beach is outside (takes 15 mins)10 mins walk to the beach, little train stop at corner, funfair and circus 10 minute walk Along the front. The Festa is in an the excellent location. Trips, we booked independently the Bulgarian night, khans tent, jeep safari, circus, all super cheap and excellent value. Don’t let negative reviews put you off, set the right expectations and you cannot go wrong, this place is a little gem, I am fussy and certainly wouldn’t be going back if it was anything other! Thank you to all at the Festa, see you all next year!More
Hotel rooms where lovely and view was amazing close to old town which was a bonus But that's as far as the good goes for this hotel food was awful, the same soup served lunchtime and evening, hair in food, we booked the Italian restaurant to be asked can we re arrange which we did to be told no private function only but we were told about this and when I asked about it the manager said what do you want me to do about it then just walked off. Pool bar was closed and no other food available outside of main restaurant meal times which was only available lunch and main meal. Barman closing bars and demanding money to pour drinks when it was still within all inclusive drinking times.More
We visited Festa Panorama in the end of October 2017 (which is off season in Sunny Beach and NOTHING was really open and it was totally dead everywhere). The Nessebar old town is very close and the beach too. The room was nice and clean, and had a mini fridge, tv and a balcony. We paid extra for double seaside view but could hardly see the sea from our room. We had the All Inclusive, and it included three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), the pool bar and a fresh bar in the lobby. The food quality was very poor and not what we expected from a 4* hotel. The pool bar was supposed to offer hamburgers, pizza, fries and mini meatballs, but all they had was ”hamburgers” which meant a piece of bread and a tiny piece of meat hard as rock. The fresh bar offered only fresh juice, not smoothies as expected. The hotel had a outdoor pool, indoo pools and steam saunas, gym and a spa for extra fee. The outdoor pool was good, even tho the water was a bit cold for a swim. The indoor pools were very dirty and one of them was empty. The steam saunas were off and they had dirty water and cleaning equipment in them for the WHOLE WEEK. The staff were not interested when we asked them about that. The gym was very bad and all the equipment was rusted and it smelled like mold in there and was very unpleasant to use. This hotel definetly don’t deserve 4 starts for its cleaness, food and serving. We would not recommend this hotel. More
