Best time to go to Trinidad and Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago's weather in one word – hot. Temperatures typically stay above 30°C – even in December – so the year's divided by its wet and dry periods. Tropical rain season's between June and November and brings in the occasional storm, so pack waterproofs if you're visiting during summer or autumn. Humidity can be high in this part of the world throughout the year, June to August being especially high. We would advise you to leave windows and balcony doors closed as much as possible to make the most of the air-con and reduce humidity levels hotel rooms. And while we’re on the subject of hotels, you may find that some facilities, such as restaurants and bars, aren’t available from late April to May and from mid-August to mid-November, but there’ll be enough open so you can still enjoy your stay.
