Best time to go to Monastir
It might be part of Africa, but Tunisia has a Mediterranean-like climate. Summers are hot, and temperatures often top 30 degrees in July and August. The Sahara Desert doesn’t feel the benefit of sea breezes and doesn’t get much shade, so if you like things a bit cooler, it’s a good idea to visit in the spring or autumn instead, when temperatures hover around the mid-20s.
