TUI UK STATEMENT FOLLOWING TRAFFIC LIGHT UPDATE

14th July 2021 – Andrew Flintham, Managing Director for TUI UK:

“The latest travel announcement will be disappointing for customers who are not yet fully vaccinated, looking forward to well-deserved holidays, or to reconnect with loved ones. The continued lack of transparency about the methodology and data behind these changes make it incredibly difficult for customers to book far in advance with confidence.

“All customers due to travel before the end of October are able to amend their holiday to another time for free, this includes those due to travel within the next 14 days to the Balearics.

“Customers due to fly to Cuba on Thursday 15 July will be contacted directly by a member of the TUI team to discuss their options as flights in the coming weeks to Cuba will now be cancelled. All customers currently on holiday in Cuba will return home on Thursday 15 July.”
