Hilton Dubai Jumeirah

Check in – On arrival we were checked in by a Hilton Honours team member who was expecting us as prior to arriving I had emailed the hotel confirming our booking. We were upgraded to a Deluxe partial sea view room (4th floor 418) and given we were also given complimentary lounge access. No issues with Check in – Smooth and speedy which is perfect! Room – The room was big enough for our stay and was in a modern design, we were located on the 4th floor and had great views of the both Dubai Skyline, JBR and also the sea. The bathroom was separated off the bedroom and it included a shower over bath (rainfall). There was an LCD TV, safe, complimentary 2 x bottles of water and it had all the required necessities in both bathroom and bedroom. The room did have adequate storage space. Overall the room was very nice, quiet and very comfortable. There was also a little balcony which was great if you wanted to dry any clothes etc. Room Service – Room service was available whenever we needed it. We didn’t order anything from it as we had half board and lounge access. The Breakfast – We had the flexibility of this either at the Lounge or the main restaurant (Oceana). We used the lounge for breakfast mostly as it is less busy but also less choice – If you are a big eater and want to fill up on lots then the main restaurant will be best. The breakfast was a buffet and there was pretty much everything you would expect. They also had chefs there who would make you your omelette of choice, poached egg and fried eggs. Breakfast was from around 7am – 11am but we normally went around 9.30am. Restaurants – There is an Italian – we didn’t eat here, Oceana (where they serve the breakfast – this has themed evening meals), Wavebreaker (Outdoor pool bar/food – really nice stuff for lunch!) and McGettigans (Irish pub) amazing buffalo wraps! You have to try them… and Sticky Toffee pudding!!! The Location – The hotel is in a very convenient location and this is the main reason why we booked fit. It’s right on JBR! it’s a great hub if you want to explore the city. The Gym – The good sized gym is located on the mezzanine floor. The gym is pretty quiet at all times of the day. The gym provides complimentary towels and a water machine. I went to the gym at various points throughout our stay and it was always pretty quiet. There is also a SPA on the same floor. We had massages and I want to especially thank Eric who was amazing! Pools – There is one main pool with a small children’s pool beside it along with the beach bar. The main pool didn’t get too busy during our stay as most people opt for the linked beach loungers on the JBR sands. Both pools are heated so if its warm water your after no problem at all! Children's day care – Located on the 6th floor is their play centre/nanny service. This is complimentary and great if you need some time away from the beach/pools. There was a lady called Grace who was amazing with our son. You can either stay with them or leave the child along with your contact details. There was computers, Lego, crafts etc so the children were easily entertained and something for them all to do. This was a really nice touch by the hotel not one we have seen before. Overall – Great hotel if you’re going to Dubai for a few days to explore the city. Great service and friendly staff. I want to especially thank Adel Ashray (made our stay so perfect), Grace (Nanny service), Sandra (Check in), Lydia (Club Lounge).

It is a second home for our family. Great staff house keeping and managers. Clean good breakfast and smiling staff. Best location best view. Best beach and best beach bar. everything very delicious. Everybody so helpful

The hospitality, services, concierge, and cleanliness are great, but I originally booked a King Alcove Corner Room, which has great views of the sea, I spent the whole time before my trip excited for the views from the room, until they upgraded me to a room with no special views.
