I cant say enough good things about this hotel and staff. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They gave us a tour of the huge property and show us all dinning options, they made our stay very memorable. We enjoyed our stay so much we are thinking about book again for Christmas. All respect and special thanks to “Bojan Parlov” Hotel services Manager, a true example of professionalism and excellent hospitality. I recommend this property 100%. More
This resort is large with multiple dining options. The front desk staff was especially accommodating with room choices. Having access to three pools was also a bonus. In general, this resort offered several amenities, was clean and conveniently located with a Public across the street. Easy choice upon returning to the Orlando area!More
We visited Rosen Shingle Creek on a recent trip to Orlando. The property is huge and really spread out. The golf course is great and the landscaping lush. There are a couple of restaurants and we were able to drive to the one that was at the extreme end of the property.More
The common areas are quite nice; the rooms are pretty dated and unremarkable. Conference stay; banquet food was OK. Got room service one night and it was awful. Very tough, bland steak and maybe the saltiest French Onion soup I've ever had. For large conferences you could certainly do worse. But the rooms could use improvement. More
A true resort, a little pricey, just the fact that I paid 20 plus dollars for a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup made me laugh. The check in process was okay and really nothing spectacular. I would have thought more considerations would have been given to my limitations but that was not the case. My bed was comfy, and the room had Keurig which I loved. I know this may be a hotel thing as opposed to a resort request, I really need a microwave in my room. I really expected the location to overwhelm me, didn’t happen. The staff were cool, other than the check in staff. Over all, it was a place to stay and a really great conference.More
