    I was very happy with resort. This was our first time at this particular Couples resort. We had stayed at Couples San Souci 3 times and decided to try Couples Negril. We had stayed next door when it was ran by Breezes, but we don't like how the property next door is over built. Couples Negril does have older decor, but it is very clean and well maintained. The hot tubs at the main pool do not have working jets, but the water is hot. There are 2 other hot tubs at oppisite ends of the resort which do work properly. I thought the food was excellent. Service is very good and staff are attendtive. If you like the au natural experience, I would recommend San Souci over this resort. We plan to be back next year with some friends.

    We paid a bit more than I normally would when we go to Jamaica because of the great reviews. Well, that was a mistake. I was very disappointed in the food, the service, and the accommodations. The buffet was cold and not very good. The jerk chicken was dry, like it was baked a very long time and then sauce dumped on it that was horrible. And there was something up with the staff. Everyone was moody, not happy to be there like the staff i remember at other places. I almost felt bad asking for a drink at the bar or asking a server to get me one when they asked if i wanted anything. There were about 5 people in total that worked there that actually had a good attitude. I will never go back to Couples and I will advise all my friends as well to find somewhere else.

    My wife and I have been on several topical vacations and this resort was highly recommended by other couples and it didn't disappoint!! We will definitely be back. The people where extremely friendly, the resort was always clean, and the food was fabulous . The beach was awesome and with all the amenities that where included it was a great value.

    This was a fantastic vacation. We were taken care of at all times. The staff was exceptional and the views were great. All inclusive is the way to go.all water sports restaurants and activities. Would recommend this resort.

    This was our first stay at an all inclusive resort and they did not disappoint. The food was overall very good and at times exceptional. One thing I found very interesting is the other neighboring resorts in the area. They have three to five times the available rooms(size) and there guests share the same or a smaller beach as couples. This resort has all the water sports you could want and the staff are friendly and standing buy all day. I was a little worried about diving in a foreign company but was pleasantly surprised by how professional and knowledgeable the dive staff is here. I was astounded at how professional and polite there staff was across the board. It really says something when I talk to four or five couples in one day who are telling me how they have been here 3-5 times and how dissatisfied they have been with many other all inclusives around the globe. As a first timer, I really enjoyed my time here and look forward to returning in the future. A true five stars!
