TUI’s new WhatsApp service
Which walking route shows you the most beautiful lookout spots in your holiday destination? What’s the best city hotspot for families? Where are the nearest toilets? Ask Louise, your personal, virtual travel assistant. TUI's new WhatsApp service gives you information, tips and advice during your holiday. Louise will answer all of your questions within an hour, between 9am and 8pm*.

How does it work?
This is our first trial of Louise in selected cities, so the service is currently available if you’re heading on a city break to Barcelona, Rome, Amsterdam or Paris between 19th August and 31st January 2025. Before departure, you’ll receive an email from us explaining how to register via WhatsApp. You’ll then receive your first WhatsApp message from Louise five days before your holiday begins. From then on, you can ask Louise everything about your destination, plus she’ll send you a handy tip every day. Don't forget to save Louise to your contacts so you can use the links she shares with you. On your return home, we’ll send you a survey asking about your experience – we’d love to hear what you think.
Here’s how Louise can help you
She’ll answer your holiday questions
Queries about landmarks, top sights, eating out, buying tickets, the closest facilities… you can ask Louise anything about your holiday while you’re there. She’ll aim to answer your question within an hour of your WhatsApp message.
She’ll send you a new tip every day
And those tips are completely tailored to you and your holiday destination. For example, she’ll share advice about a specific restaurant near your accommodation, a hidden flea market around the corner, or a popular show in a theatre nearby.

Handy information
Louise is available between 9am and 8pm (UK time).
Information about how to access Louise will be sent to you ahead of your holiday.
Louise can be reached up to five days before your holiday and up to seven days after you get home.
Louise can only be reached on WhatsApp via chat, with a UK mobile subscription.
In the event of an emergency or a serious problem, TUI is available via the emergency number that you can find in your travel documents.
The costs for internet usage come out of your own account.
