In Flic en Flac, scuba diving sites are not hard to come by. In fact, it’s home to some of the most vibrant coral reefs in Mauritius – you can expect colourful marine life and gin-clear waters. A couple of spots to keep your eyes peeled for are Rempart Serpent (Snake Reef) and The Cathedral for underwater cave diving.

On dry land, there’s plenty to sink your teeth into. For example, rum lovers can visit Médine Sugar Estate distillery and have guided tours near Flic en Flac – it’s open between July and November, in the sugar cane cutting season. Or, if you’re a golfer, you can go for a round at the Tamarina Golf Estate 18-hole golf course. There’s endless adventure and relaxation on offer, whether you go exploring in Casela Nature and Leisure Park, or you roll out a towel and laze the day away at Tamarin Bay.
