What do I do if I have a complaint whilst on holiday?

We want your holiday to be everything you expect it to be, so if something isn't as you expected it to be please contact us - be sure to have your booking reference number to hand. 

Whilst you're away you can contact us 24/7 by Phone, Text Message or via the TUI app - we also offer a rep service at some of our hotels.

Text 80247 - text messages are charged at your standard network rate
