If you’re seeking a super friendly hotel with a first-class service, the Serpina will charm the flip-flops off you.
This hotel has a winning location. It’s just a matter of minutes to get to the beach and its seafront restaurants. You’re equally close to shop and bars, and Bar Street itself is 10 minutes’ walk away tops.
The pool is a pretty good size and there’s a separate pool for children alongside it. Plus the bar here offers a shaded spot for lunch. Talking of food, there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Convenient, quiet and friendly:)
Have just returned after a weeks stay at this hotel. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. (Thank you to Lucky, Engin, Ted and Akin). Nothing was too much trouble. Room was basic and tired looking but more than enough for my needs. The bedding and towels were immaculately clean. I was a single traveller and had booked half board. The breakfast was exactly the same every morning. Limited choice, especially if you don't like olives, feta cheese and hard boiled eggs but devine bread. Due to the time of year, was very quiet, which in turn lead to no buffet in the evenings. You could choose anything you liked off the menu except steak! Ok I thought, sounds fair enough. However, many of the things I tried to order.....they didn't have anyway! What I DID have though was very nice and served very hot. (Thanks to the microwave I think). The pool was clean and plenty of sun loungers available. The weather was great apart from the an earth tremor one evening where the room shook so violently I thought...this is it! But apparently, this is a known occurrence. I was happy to have met some lovely people who made my holiday magic. John &Janet, Margaret and Harry, Shirly, and Bernadette & Judd. Thank you so much guys, you were wicked company.More
100% Best Holiday ever!
I just can not fault this hotel! All staff were incredible, friendly and perfect with my autistic nephew, never left him without a smile on his face. This hotel is a little piece of heaven, situated in a quiet area of gumbet, not far from shops or restaurants. After having some trouble with our accommodation at some other apartments, we were soon moved to the hotel and we were greeted with warm smiles and open arms. The food was cooked to perfection every night, but unfortunately due to it being quiet and end of season, the hotel was very quiet and not full of entertainment! But we soon found the perfect place to stop for a tasty meal and a good time. Not only were the staff brilliant with my nephew, but so were all the other guests, helping him swim when he was scared off the water. All in all the hotel was perfect, room were always clean and staff never disappointed us. Will definitely be going back there next year and many years after, even had a few tears when we left.More
Stayed at this hotel Great quiet hotel situated at the far end of Gumbet Located about 2 min walk from the start of the shops and 5 mins from the beach through the side st next to the Columbia Clean basic hotel and rooms get cleaned every other day Pool area was great size and quiet But Gumbet is very quiet this year Bit of a trek to here from Chico bar or Bar St through the barrage of shop owners All in all good hotel for a great price and would I stay there again Yes If I couldn't get into the Nagi beach hotelMore

Mark Anthony F,
Not the worst in Gumbet
I stayed here in July and was unlucky enough to be here during the earthquake that hit the area. The hotel is in a prime location. A short walk to the beach and easy access to the bustle of Bar street. As a ex resident of Gumbet I know the area very well and know most of the hotels also. I chose this one due to location. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were what I would expect to be honest. The air con was an additional charge and was more like a light breeze in the room... when it worked. The restaurant bar area is very dated and needs a serious upgrade. There was an incident with a Turkish guy and a drone which kept buzzing above all our heads and the owner of said drone was quite aggressive to the kids playing in the pool ( as they do on holiday) ushering then away from his precious drone. My issue here was the lack of understanding from the management team with the senior manager pretending to me that he was just a staff member!!!! Not good management skills when a customer has a complaint. One man engin did eventually take ownership of my issue with the drone and requested the gentleman put it away although he still didn’t get the issue! It’s not the best hotel I have stayed in in Gumbet, but it was value for money and the hotel has a great location. The bar staff Lucky and co, are fantastic! They make up for the drab state of the restaurant and bar area. If the management team read this, there’s so much potential in this hotel, spend money on your restaurant and bar area and maybe your guests will want to come back. Will I go back? Yes but probably not to this hotel. More
