Warning about balconies
We have come back to this hotel with our 18 month old granddaughter and are having a great time and the staff are really helpful but my concerns are with the five inch gap on the glass partition on the balcony and at the ends of the balcony that a small child can slip through and fall around 35ft to the floor or around twenty feet to the next balcony plus the balcony is quite loose that was reported to reception on our second day but nothing has been done to stop the severe wobble that it has plus it's not child friendly if you have small babies as the stairs are a bit of a missionMore

A welcome return!
It has been two years since we last stayed at Panoramica Heights, Costa Adeje - what a difference those two years have made! There is now a very beautiful restaurant, which on our previous visit had been a very large hole! We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and so got to use the new restaurant. There was a great choice of food and my husband commented that it was probably the best full English breakfast he'd had in a holiday hotel! The facilities are still lovely, plenty of sunbeds to be had and a great pool - and also not forgetting the fantastic views! Yes, you are quite a long way from the beach, however it only costs around 5€ to get down in a taxi IF you don't fancy the walk down the hill! All the staff are great, very polite and friendly. A special shout out MUST go out to the lovely Laura on reception, NOTHING is too much trouble for her! She is very professional and will help you in anything she can!! She looked after us very well!! Thank you Laura! Once again, we have had a great holiday at Panoramica and will most certainly be going back again!!! More

Far from the Madding Crowd
Booked 5 days here recently, a bit of a spying trip as we are booked in over the New Year and were not disappointed. Were given a three bed apartment that was spotlessly clean and maids came every day. Went self catering and there is a well stocked shop in the complex. Built right into the mountain, the views are to die for and the added bonus of having the noise and fun in Adeje but sleeping quietly only a 5 euro cab ride away. All areas were clean, the pool was never really busy and there were plenty of beds. Cab rides are 5 euro into the centre or the beach, but you save more than that on accommodation costs. looking forward to New Year.More

Good apartment above Adeje with a great view
We stayed 25 August to 4 September. Our 1 bed apartment was the most spacious we have ever stayed in. Floor was not clean on arrival which was a Friday but was mopped several times during our 10 day stay. Shop on site is reasonably priced and well stocked. Half board option booked in advance was much cheaper than if booked whist there Food was ok. Aimed towards Spanish tastes but Tenerife is a Spanish island! We found it fine and were grateful not to have to go out every night as taxis although cheap would quickly push-up your holiday spending. Staff were all helpful although one receptionist was a little stressed and struggled a bit sometimes but she was helpful. No problem getting sunbeds while we were there. Would we go again? Yes. We have 2 teenagers and they just wish to do nothing so it's good that it is a lovely place to do nothing! More
Lovely and chilled x
Came for a couples holiday and we had a brilliant time, staff were friendly enough. Rooms had loads in them and the whirlpool bath was a nice touch. Would have preferred a double bed to two singles however. There is a shop on site which isn't too expensive but if you are in town I would recommend getting your shopping out as it's cheaper. Long walk to town you will need a cab, this is the same to las Americas but caps cost around 10 euros so it's not too bad. Pool was freezing but I think that's because it wasn't overly hot when we went. But coming out of peak meant there was no fighting for sun beds as others experienced. All in all a nice holiday.More
