If you want your child to get ill this is the place to go!!
We arrived on the 17th of October! The hotel itself is lovely I can’t fault it. The rooms are a nice size. Pools are brilliant for the kids. My kids loved the splash park. Food wasn’t great but what do you expect for all inclusive. My youngest who was turning 1 while we was out there caught hand foot and mouth! She was so so poorly we had to see a doctor for €90 and then €30 for the prescriptions! When I looked at reviews when we got home there were several cases of it at this hotel previously if I had known I would not have gone to this hotel! It completely ruined our holiday so we booked flights home and come home early. She was so ill with it we needed to be home. The thomson reps were rubbish and never mentioned the HFMD previously being there. On the Coach to the airport there were several children including one of mine being sick so another thing they caught! Couple days after we got home my other children got the dreaded HFMD they were dropping like dominos. You pay all that money to go to this place for your kids to get ill! I no it’s a kids hotel and there are so many germs about but seriously with the amount of children catching the disease at this hotel surely there is a problem and it needs to be sorted! They cleaned the pool area frequently but not once did I see someone clean the high chairs or the children’s soft play.More
Had a really great holiday here with the family. We have nothing to complain about. We all had plenty to do, but It was the end of season so one of the pools were closed but still had 4/5 to chose from. Restaurant had plenty for all, even the fussy eaters. Entertainment was really good some nights, others nights were ok. All inclusive is definitely the best way to go as they always have some sort of food being served all day. This was handy for planning meals around day trips. Would highly recommend for a family holiday. More
Fantastic 1st family holiday
Me, my Fiance and 3 year old little boy stayed here for a week in october and had a fantastic time, this hotel certainly doesn't disappoint. There is so much to do here for kids - swimming pools - playgrounds - trampolines - splash park - go karts (€1) - kiddies rides (€1) We were allocated to the Ibiza restaurant, the waiters and the chefs worked so hard. The food was very good and always hot. In other hotels you always seem to get the same food over and over again but not here. There was always a very good selection of food on offer, both English and Spanish dishes, as well as having show cooking where you could get stir fry, steak etc. At breakfast again there was a wide variety to choose from with cooked breakfast as well as continental. They also had pancakes and waffles which were fantastic. For drinks in the restaurant it was self serve with soft drinks, hot drinks and alcohol. The waiters were brilliant they were always making a fuss over the kids , special mention goes to JJ and Alexandra who were by sons favourite. Snacks were also available in the afternoon at certain times with fresh fruit, croissants and cakes which you could just help yourself to along with drinks. At the bars there were freezers with ice creams in which again you could just help yourself to. The room were spotless and very spacious. I was very suprised when we arrived to find a fridge and the air con on, usually I've had to pay for these extras. There was also a tv in the room with a few channels on including Cbeebies. In the hotel all of the staff were very pleasant and would always say hello, and make a fuss over the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. This hotel was just perfect for our 1st family holiday and we will definitely by returning to the Protur Safari Park in the future.More

Great family venue
All in all this was a well laid out complex with the focus being on the many pools and evening tribute act entertainment. The animation team work very hard and deserve a lot of credit. Our room was very comfortable and the bar service and food fairly good. Very good hotel complex for familys.More
Great Holiday !
Arrived at hotel, not a welcome we have had at others, eg welcome drink or the offer of something to eat, but suppose all hotels are not the same. Would of been nice though has we were hungry. The hotel room was clean, although there was a few ants about which we reported but what ever they put down did not work. I don't want to moan about the hotel because it is amazing, there is a lot of areas to the hotel for the children its massive to say the least. The food is abit poor for children, we had a job to get are grandchildren to eat something, needs more variety in this area.I'm sure people have been abit worried about the mention of foot and mouth at this hotel but I assure you if you keep to washing your hands and putting the gel on at the restaurant I carnt see you will have any trouble, we saw no one with symptoms. Would like to say how wonderful all staff are made the children feel really welcome, thanks to life guards who made the kids stay really fun. The kids club ok but needed more English speaking songs etc., and just to say one of the songs has GOD in it and we found it abit offensive, because we are always telling are children not to say this word with being Christians. Thank you for wonderful holiday with my family, some happy memories made.More
