The H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens is a favourite with families, thanks to its first-rate entertainment, children’s splash park and busy kids’ clubs.
The hotel’s a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It’s a little further to Costa Teguise, with its seafront full of shops and restaurants. There’s also a bus stop outside for services to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen.
This place has just had a makeover, so expect everything in tip-top shape. As well as revamped rooms and public areas, there’s a new splash pool with slides and a pirate-themed kids’ buffet section.

Very peaceful place and atmosphere. The whole resort is excellent for families with children. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly. The apartments are clean, spacious and modern. The sandy beach is only 2 minutes away. Great value for money. More
2 night stopover
Generally disappointed as rating seemed very high - maybe I was just unlucky. It was a very late booking so used Booking.com. I saw no mention on their website that the main pool was undergoing renovation (I subsequently saw it was noted in the main hotel website) which meant that my one day of relaxation was disrupted and as most rooms overlook the central garden where the pool is located was very noisy indeed. The suite of rooms were spacious and adequate but a little utilitarian for my taste. I was sadly irritated by the 'little omissions' some hotels still make such as the provision of a mini kitchen but zero tea, coffee or even a small bottle of mineral water, and then charging to hire the in room safe. Really?! I paid £203 for the 2 nights - charge a little more guys but don't play Scrooge with the little extras. The wifi was free, the bathroom had plentiful toiletries ... you're not doing yourselves any favours in the overall satisfaction stakes. The bed was comfy, the bathroom pleasant and fully functioning, the windows opened and the sun balcony has both chairs and loungers. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. It's a family hotel - I'm a newly minted grandad so that wasn't a concern but if you don't like younger children I think you might consider other options. I've stayed in quite a few Lanzarote and Costa Teguise hotels for short periods and overall I put this stay quite low down the list for my personal needs and requirements. More
Fantastic family holiday
We were travelling with our 3 and 5 years children. They enjoyed the evening mini disco very much. The rooms are clean and big, a bit oldish though. The sea is a 2 minute walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. More
Arrived Thursday the 2nd & 1st 4 days were amazing kids were absolutely loving the pool area (only reason why we booked) until we woke up on Monday morning & the place was a building site & pool was closed for a month we had no notification what so ever when checking in or from our holiday provider!! After a discussion we were offered an upgrade to half board which was no use as the food is average & had to listen to the noise of diggers all day! Apart from a total waste of money the kids enjoyed the mini disco the entertainment staff were great so hard of to them More
Nice hotel with very helpful staff but be warned!
The hotel is nice if in need of a little tlc in places. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s just a shame that on the day we arrived they closed the main pool (slides + pirate ship) for a month. I spoke with the hotel customer liaison who informed me they, the hotel, had told the tour operators that this work was going ahead, at this date, in early October. TUI, our tour operator failed to pass on this information in breach of ABTA rules and I expect to have to fight them for compensation. As a result the hotel is a building site and if you have booked to come here up until early December 2017, do not expect access to the pool. It’s a real shame as otherwise I would have left a higher rating.More
