Just returned from a week here with 2 children. After reading some reviews i was a little worried. I needn't have been! The complex was clean and tidy, the staff were lovely and very welcoming. The bbq was well attended, excellent value and the food was delicious. This was followed by a bit of greek dancing and karaoke. A real fun night. Other nights were fairly quiet and there was no late night noise from the bar area. The pool area was clean and tidy, i didnt see any broken sunbeds or cat poo!! There wasn't many brollies but the pool area was never overly busy and there wasnt an issue getting a bed if you wanted one. There is a courtesy area for departure day. Aircon is 6euro a day and was definitely needed, if u arrive at night you have to wait till the next day to purchase.. It would be helpful if you could have it on arrival as it really was too hot without it! It worked well and did keep our large mezzanine room cool. The updated rooms looked lovely, we had an older style room, which was basic but was clean and functional for our stay. The maid empties the bins daily and changes the sheets and towels after 3 days. She didn't tidy the room, nor did i expect her to,as this is the norm for greece unless you are paying for a higher star rating.there was no issue with regards toilet rolls! Most rooms had shutters or blackout curtains. Our room had voile on the patio window, i asked on reception if we could have a proper curtain, as far too light for kids to sleep. This was sorted the same day. I hope this review helps anyone who has booked and read any negative reviews, as i feel we got what we paid for and enjoyed our holiday!

Just got back from 2 weeks stay at dream village.8 of us.me and my wife were in room 107 new refurb block. Basic but nothing to complain about. Yes it was hot but never needed air con. Greeted by Mike at the bar down some steps, made us feel very welcome. We had night flight so got there at 1.30am to find a few others had just arrived half hour before us whom we had never met before.we all ended up in the bar chatting and drinking. Can't understand some of the snobby childish comments on here.its greece!!. You booked a 2 star and that's what you get.its vey friendly and your well looked after.nothing was too much trouble. Our sheets were changed 5 times during our stay and if you ran out of toilet roll I asked for some and was given it without problem. Pool bar, pool table.pool area.sunbeds, food served all day,the usual things you find at holiday village. Saturday nights are BBQ nights, lots of food dancing and karaoke.we enjoyed these twice.putvyour name down only 10 euros each and 5 euros for the children. Maria who works in the day is lovely and nothing is too much.chat, ask questions.give her a hug X. Top lady. Kutulafari and pisscopiano are both joined villages at the top of the street. All good restaurants and bars.we enjoyed pisscopiano village the most as it's more traditional. Well enjoyed holiday will go back at some point. Great place with great people. To all the team at dream thank you Love Chris, Ellen and family
Great budget hotel

Returned home last week after staying in room 106 with my wife and two kids. I'm not really sure what some reviewers expect but the hotel offers good value for money, rooms and pool area are clean, the beer is cold and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Saturday night BBQ is great fun and well worth €10. Location is fantastic right in the centre of town and more tavernas you could ever dream of are on your doorstop. Hersonissos is about 15 mins walk downhill but get a taxi back for €7. Special mention to Vaso, who has located my daughters lost comforter toy and is returning back to the UK - that's service for you!

What an amazing week! A lovely family ran place with staff who cannot do enough to help and make your stay amazing. Please take reviews on here with a pinch of salt, the place has charm and character and does exactly what it says on the tin for a two star. The local area is stunning and the food and drink is just beautiful. The Irish bar was a fun night and we enjoyed the lovely shops with the beautiful Greek clay. I feel some of the reviews are a little unfair...taking a picture of a storage area isn’t a true reflection of a place. The people we met at the hotel were lovely and we will definitely be back in the future!

Visited as a group of three families 29th July for a weeks summer holiday. Good points-: very good location easy access down to the beach or up into the village. Plenty of fabulous bars and restaurants on the door step. One family had a refurbished room the other two families un- refurbished rooms. The refurbished room was lovely. Spotlessly clean and very well set out and furnished. However the other rooms very dated and shabby. Not very adequately cleaned either. A layer of furry dust under the beds. However very comfy mattresses. Bad points:- Spent all of the holiday at the pool of another apartment block as pool area at these apartments was that bad! Spent first day picking up cat excrement from the grassed area at the side of the pool. The only place we could get a sun bed! 8 umbrellas for the entire complex! Shabby broken sun beds. Saw a man hosing down his subbed with a hose pipe and then with a dustpan and brush sweeping up loads of dead wasps that had been fished out of the pool by the holiday makers not the staff. Pool bar shabby, dirty mesh chairs and awful smell of dirty cooking oil. We are not picky people and take trip advisor reviews with a pinch of salt. I can honestly say this is one of the worse self catering apartments I have stayed in, in Greece and I’ve been many times in the last 30 years! Would definitely return to this resort just not these apartments. Needs a complete overall of the entire complex not just the rooms.
