    This hotel has a great location on a white-sand beach, about five minutes’ drive from the centre of Bavaro. The whole place is set in palm-filled gardens, with Crayola-coloured buildings adding to the tropical feel.

    At the heart of the complex is a huge, lake-like pool, which has a clutch of restaurants dotted around it. In terms of activities, the list ticks off things like scuba sessions, tennis and basketball.

    Worst food ever. beautiful views. too many people trying to hustle you for your money. Best bartenders ever!!! Thank you Jasue'and Francisco !!! We will miss you. You guys made our vacation! We hope that your employer realizes how valuable you are

    My positive is the beach is very pretty. The room was terrible. The plumbing barely worked. If you had to use the restroom more than twice in an hour good luck getting it to flush. The ceiling appeared as if it was caving in. The back sliding door it was questionable if it would lock. The tv would randomly make noises even though turned off in the middle of the night. The food was atrocious. We struggled to find food that we could eat everyday. I will say we are food snobs, but this is horrible. For example a quesadilla was a soggy tortilla, very cheap cheese that struggled to melt, and shrimp that looked questionable. Tacos were deep fried taquitos with “chicken.” Breakfast they somehow managed to mess up bacon. Making reservations was a task and a half and most of them were randomly closed. I will say the crepe and Brazilian place were edible. The “alcohol” is horrendous and served in Dixie cups. I never drank much bc it tasted horrible and my stomach couldn’t tolerate it. I took one sip of red wine and couldn’t tolerate any more. I will say the staff are extremely friendly. The bartenders at the beach bar were very attentive and made great coffee.

    We stayed at this accommodation in May for two weeks and it’s one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed in the cleaners were terrible the main restaurant was dirty the area around the pool was unsafe for children the food was only lukewarm the tui rep might as well not have been there .I suggest that you send a manager from Tui to regrade this hotel .As for Wi fin you only get it at reception.Ive been to Dominican many times and it’s the first time I’ve had to pay for a safe and a coffee maker the place is not worth the money photos to follow
    Nice beach, dirty room

    We stayed at this resort from 24 March to 7 April and we so much regret that we booked here! Beach is beautiful but the standard of accommodation is very poor. The first impression was very bad - we checked in late at night after a long flight from the UK and found out that the shower is broken. When we wanted to call to reception, we found out the phone is not working either. The bathroom was disgusting, full of mould and the room looked like it wasn't cleaned properly in ages with a lot of dust at the light fittings, dead insect in the corners or behind curtains etc.It was superior double room but the only thing superior about it was the dirt & mould. Next morning we requested to be moved somewhere else but were informed that the hotel is fully booked. Shower was repaired the same day, phone in 3 days and we were stucked in this room & mouldy bathroom. We've never seen anything like that - not even in the cheapest hostels but after talking to other guests we realised it's not just our room. Housekeeping service was very inconsistent too. We lost count of how many times we had to phone to get the toilet paper or clean towels. Some days they skipped our room altogether. Doesn't matter if we tipped or not, they just took the money and in the evening we had to call to get what was missing. Very tiresome. Expensive safe and terrible wifi too. Some good points - beach and grounds are beautiful and despite of poor standard of the room & housekeeping service, we felt that the food hygiene at this resort is good and the food was actually tasty (very repetative but tasty) and we weren't sick once. Drinks are on the cheap side however. Bar and the main restaurant's members of staff were very nice and friendly. We also enjoyed Brazilian and Asian restaurant but still would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just do yourself a favour and pay a bit extra for a better resort at Punta Cana or go to Cuba - we stayed there in much nicer, cleaner and cheaper hotels in the past.     Went for vacation but meeting wonderful people from UK and Germany and America. Staff was great and beach was beautiful plus nice entertaining. Room was older and variety of food in buffet not best. But would go back again
