This hotel sits on a white sandy beach, so you’ll have great views of the sea from your lounger. It’s also just a two-minute walk to the Klong Muang Plaza.
The best thing about the Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort is that it has a textbook beach right outside. The sands are home to a chilled-out bar, and the calm sea is ideal for kayaking and snorkelling.
Some of the rooms come with their own plunge pool, and a luxury free-standing bath tub. You’ll also have a private balcony which overlooks the pretty mangroves.

From the beginning the staff here has been super helpful and extremely kind. The grounds are amazing and well kept up. I️ was able to fly my drone here each night and I️ have to say this resort looked the most stunning when flying over the stretch of beaches. The surrounding area can seem sketchy but it’s more than safe to walk around and try out the local restaurants. The food in the resort is somewhat limited but the atmosphere beats everything else out in town. Breakfast is intercontinental, lunch is Italian and dinner is either Thai and Indian or Italian. Out in town you’ll find some really good Indian, Thai, American and much more. All very good and easy on the wallet! I️ would recommend this place and visit again if we had the chance. More
Fabulous relaxing hotel
Actually still here at this lovely hotel celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. After the hustle and bustle of 2 days in bankok this is a welcoming time to relax. The staff are very pleasant, we are staying in a deluxe room, which I think is the lower end the accommodation. We contemplated upgrading but hotel was full but have to say I'm glad we didn't bother. The room is lovely. Plenty big enough, flowers and the usual towels arranged in shapes on the huge bed. These is a glass wall between bedroom and bathroom which can be fully opened to make the room totally open plan (if you like that sort of thing). Our room is in B block and number 318 which overlooks the gardens. A walk along the beach brings you to little 'shack like' bars which sell snacks, drinks, massages for a fraction of the hotel price. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Pool areas could do with some quiet background music in my opinion. All in all, a great choice of hotel whether you eat in or outside at the many bars and restaurants surrounding, within walking distance. Bearing in mind you are in Thailand and the bars are nothing fancy. Good food, cheap drinks and you don't have to bother getting dressed to kill overnight either 5* saving from me 👍More
great pool, great beach in Krabi
This is our second visit to this hotel. We decided to come back is because of the pool/beach view. So relaxing. It is so easy to spend the afternoon by the pool if you have a good book to read. The room is neat and tidy. Although the breakfast was average, we would come back for sure.More
We are staying here for the first week of our 2 week Thailand trip and cannot fault this hotel. From the moment we arrived we have been made to feel welcome, the staff cannot do enough for us! From buggy rides to our room or to anywhere else on the resort, it’s clean and tidy with immaculately kept gardens and beach. The rooms are so spacious, the beds and pillows are the comfiest I think I have ever slept in before. The maids are friendly and come in daily to provide fresh towels, robes or anything else for the mini bar, they provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they give you new ones each day, there are tooth brushes, cotton buts and shower caps in the bathrooms also. Honestly there isn’t anything this hotel hasn’t thought of to make people’s stay more comfortable and luxurious. We needed to see a nurse during our trip, there is one on site who gave my partner the medical care he needed at no cost and provided him with medication. You can even watch DVDs free of charge from reception. I haven’t had one bad experience with this hotel and I hope to one day stay again! More
Luxury and comfort !
The rooms are really large and so comfortable ! Our bedroom overlooked a lotus pond. We travelled as a family and they gave us inter connected rooms. The swimming pools and the beach are a short walk from the room complex but you can call for a golf cart like thing to pick up and drop anytime. Everyone is smiling and helpful. The pool has a snack and drinks bar right inside it. The beach is gorgeous and clean and like a private beach. The breakfast spread was huge and we saw the pancake lady make some in the shape of mermaids for delighted little girls ! The only thing we noticed was that the evening programmes for flame eating and marshmallow etc kept getting cancelled everyday but there is so much else to do that it didn't really matter to us. The main road it literally just outside the main gates so you can walk down for a massage or to the Coffee Club or Twin Lotus for your meals.More
