Hot summers and long, warm evenings are the norm in Fez, which has a Mediterranean climate. The mercury hits the high thirties in July and August, so it’s the prime time to go for a tan top-up. Spring and autumn are more pleasant for sightseeing though, when it’s still in the mid-to-high twenties during the day, then a little cooler in the evening.
