Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. How to Enter: To enter the competition, entrants must comment the correct answer to the on-screen clues in the comments section of each 12 Holidays of Christmas post on Instagram. The posts will be on the official TUI Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/tuiuk) and will be posted from 1st December at 9am, each day, until 9am on 12th December 2023 (multiple entries by the same account will be entered only once). Internet access required. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice

5. Dates: The competition starts at 9am on 1st December 2023 and closes at 9am on 13th December 2023. 1 entry per day. Entry attempts for previous days will not be allowed. For example, you will only be allowed to enter Day 1 on the 1st. After 9am on  2nd December 2023, you will no longer be able to enter that day’s competition.

6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

7a. Gift Cards – There are 12 TUI Gift Cards to be won in total – each gift card is worth £1000. The card must be treated as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Booking terms and conditions apply to any holiday purchased in part or full using the TUI Gift Card. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday; see relevant brochure or www.tui.co.uk for details. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.

7b. Disney goody bag – Disney are providing 1 goody bag to given with 1 x £1000 giftcard for the Disney competition on the 11th day of the competition. This prize is exclusive to the 11th December 2023 and no other goody bags will be given out.

8. Selection of winners: The winners will be chosen at random by a computer generator from all eligible entries at 9am the following day from 2nd December (Day 1) to 13th December (Day 12).

9. Notification: The winners will be notified by Direct Message at 9am or later the next day with instructions on how to claim their prize. The first winner will be contacted on the 2nd December and the last will be contacted on 13th December.  If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize after 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

10. Winner(s) details: Details of the winners will be obtainable after the 13th December 2023 by writing to TUI UK, Wigmore House, Wigmore Road, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity. 

11. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. Meta accepts no liability for this competition.
