    The Good Housekeeping Institute conducted an extensive survey among their readers, gathering valuable feedback about their experiences with various booking services. Based on this feedback, we are proud to have been acknowledged for providing a high-quality booking experience that resonates deeply with our customers.

    Highlights from the survey revealed that 94 per cent of respondents agree that we offer a wide range of destinations, while 88 per cent found our TUI team in stores to be friendly and helpful. These insights reflect our commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
