When you soar across the sky with us on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, you’ll have a world of media at your fingertips. We line up over 400 hours of film, TV and audio content to enjoy on our seatback screens, all free of charge.

Quick getaways are made seamless, too, thanks to our new streaming service. Connect to our TUI Wi-Fi Network to stream movies and shows directly to your personal device when you travel with us on selected Boeing 737 aircrafts.

In case the aircraft you're flying on doesn't currently have streaming available, we do recommend bringing your own book or tablet and headphones with a couple of movies downloaded before you fly. You can then sit back, relax and enjoy your chosen entertainment, and before you know it, you’ll have arrived. Just to let you know, you're not allowed to attach anything to tray tables or seats, so you can't use any type of clip-on product to hold your personal device. If you’re flying long haul – that’s flights of seven hours or more – you’ll have a selection of movies, TV shows and music playlists to choose from.

What devices can I take onto my flight?

If you’re lucky enough to travel onboard one of our streaming and connectivity-ready Boeing 737-8 aircrafts, then most devices will connect to the onboard TUI Wi-Fi Network, such as tablets, android, and iOS devices.

Can I charge my devices on my flight?

On our long-haul aircraft, you can maintain the charge of your personal device in Economy through the seatback screen USB A socket. In Premium, you’ll also have access to a universal plug socket.

On our short and medium-haul aircrafts, some seats are fitted with USB A chargers for you to charge your own device.

Just remember to pop your charger in your hand luggage.

Will I receive headphones on my flight?

We provide headphones free of charge on long-haul flights – remember to hold on to them for your journey home.

To stream movies direct to your personal device on our short and mid-haul flights, remember to pack some headphones. Don’t worry too much if you forget them, though, as you can buy a pair onboard.
