Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the giveaway. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

  1. Promoter’s Details: TUI is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117
  • Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this giveaway. Participants will also be able to use any promotional codes running at the same time as this giveaway.
  • How to Enter: Book a TUI River Cruise Package between 20th December 2024 to 3rd of March 2025 which departs on European sailings from 24th March 2025 to 31st October 2025, Nile sailings from 1st November 2025 to 30th April 2026 and European Sailings from 24th March 2026 to 31st October 2026. Valid bookings will be automatically entered in the giveaway. Only one entry allowed per booking. All passengers on winning bookings will receive the prize if applicable. Some prizes such as little extras will be given per booking, but other prizes will be given per person on the booking. Proof of purchase is required. Entries from website, retail, agents or third parties will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
  • Dates: The giveaway commences on 20th December 2024 and closes on 3rd of March 2025. All entries must be received by 23:59pm on the 3rd of March 2025.  
  • Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
  • Prize(s): Up to 200 prizes to be won including a selection of all-inclusive upgrades, airport lounge passes, prebook your cabin, select your seat on TOM flights only, £100 gift cards and little extras packages offered by TUI river cruises. Winners are unable to win prizes already applied to their bookings. Prizes are randomly selected and if the prize has already been applied then a second randomised prize will be awarded.  Booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday; see relevant brochure or www.tui.co/uk for details. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.
  • Selection of winners: The winners will be drawn weekly at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of their names being drawn.
  • Notification: All winners will be notified by telephone before based on weekly draws or after the 3rd of March 2025 with instructions on how to claim their prize. With the exception of the first draw, which will be entries from 20th December 2024 to 29th December 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.
  1. Winner(s) details: Details of the winners will be obtainable after the 3rd of March 2025 by writing to TUI River Cruises, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winners may be required to participate in publicity, during the giveaway period or post competition.   

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the giveaway in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions.
