Unforgettable family holiday
I would highly recommend Riu Creole for a family vacation. We visited the resort in September, the weather was good during this time. The all inclusive was definitely value for money. There was a wide variety of food served in the main restaurant every day. The Indian and Asian restaurants which are also included in the all inclusive was really good too. Kids loved the pool area and the kids club that had daily activities for them. They also enjoyed the shows that were performed daily. The resort was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The beach was a bit windy. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the entertainment at the resort. definitely worth our money, we will be visiting again.More
Great family destination
I'm not keen of all inclusive hotels but this one was great. Nice variety of food and great swimming pool for kids and a spitting distance from pool to beach 14 metres. Evening entertainment was pleasing. Definitely worth a try.More

Great place if you go kite surfing
The hotel is alright, the food is quite good and the entertainment program in the evening is nice and diverse. There is very good live music every evening. The hotel staff is friendly. Also, it is right at the kite surfing spot, which is great. The rooms are ok, but could use some renewing. There are ants in the bathroom, apparently this is not unusual due to the changing season. No big deal though, they do not really bother. The power went out twice in one day exactly in the evening after dinner so we waited for over 15 minutes in the dark for it to come back. The hot water was also out one day. This is all small stuff I would say. But here are some things that in my opinion should not happen in such a hotel. The glasses in the restaurant are not properly washed. This was the case on all days and was putting us off our appetite a bit. Even worse than that, one morning at 6 am we were woken up by loud noises made by the cleaning staff which were cleaning rooms nearby and moving furniture. We then complained to the manager, who was very friendly and willing to hear what we had to say. Unfortunately the same thing happened again two days later, at 7:30 am this time.... still a bit early to be woken up by noise on your holiday. This only happened twice in our 10 day stay, but still it was very upsetting for us, since it is only common sense that the hotel staff should not be noisy so early in the morning.More
I love the people: nice and carring , kind hearted. Its impossible to get bored there. Every night there are shows and karaoke. The animation team is great and they do poolgym and voley and they dance with the guests during the day. We gave 4stars becouse was a space between wall and door and one night a lizard entered the room and we had a problem with doorlock and had to go 2times at reception to solve it. The rest was great. We apreciate all we had there.More
