How do I update my personal details in a myTUI customer account?

You can update your personal details, contact information and address here on the Account Management section of your myTUI customer account. Here you can also update your password, preferences and marketing permissions. If you update your name in the myTUI customer account, this will not update your booking. To make amendments to any bookings, please go to the Bookings section of your account here.

Unfortunately, you're not able to update the email address linked with your myTUI customer account; if you wish to have an account with a different email address, you will have to create a new account.  If you already have a holiday booked, to see your current bookings in your account you must use the same email address as you used to book the holiday.
