myTUI account

How do I create a myTUI customer account?

Whether you booked online, in a retail store or over the phone, all bookings made will automatically have a myTUI customer account created unless you already had an account. This is so you can easily access and manage your booking. Your myTUI account needs to be verified through an activation link that will come through to your email account used to make the booking. This email will come from email@customerservices.tui.co.uk and the link will expire after 7 days. Once you click the link, you will be prompted to set a password. If this has expired or you cannot find the email (check your spam folder), please follow the steps for forgotten password here.  

You can also create a myTUI account if you do not have a booking, or have a booking already made before February 2024. 

To create your myTUI account, all you need to do is enter your title, name, email address and a password onto the ‘Create Account’ page here  or by downloading and registering on the TUI app.  Don't forget, to access exclusive member benefits and deals, you'll need to verify your account via the automated email you receive after creating your account from email@customerservices.tui.co.uk. This link will expire after 10 days. If this has expired or you cannot find the email (check your spam folder), please follow the steps for forgotten password here

If you already have a holiday booked, to see your current bookings in your account you must use the same email address as you used to book the holiday.
