    The hotel is perfectly located. The service is great. If you look for a nice place to stay with kids and some comfort then this is a great choice. Ski school, ski lift all in the direct presence! The half board is pleasantly breakfast and dinner with wide range of choices. The spa area plus the swimming pool is great and most important not over crowded.

    We had a wonderful time here. Very nice hotel, directly on the slopes. The buffet was good and the rooms also nice. We had a room without a bath and all 4 beds in 1 room, next time we would upgrade this but for now this was fine. St Johann is a really nice town with lots of other facilities and cute hotels but for us as a young family this place was perfect. Slopes are not really that challenging for the experienced skier but perfect for young families and for sure you'll have a lot of fun. People working in the hotel, with some small exceptions, are all very nice but special mention to the really friendly and very professional cleaning team since they were the ones who were the most friendly to guests and especially the kids!! Only 2 minor cons: illogical placement of the ski room. Even though the hotel on the piste, you still have to walk with your stuff. A strange internet/tax fee on the invoice which was mandatory even without using the internet.

    Fantastic time at the Kaiserfels LTI St Johann 2019 our 3rd year in a row skiing and it just gets better every time, staff are fantastic from the Front of house to Housekeeping to the restaurant, kitchen and bar staff and soo helpful and friendly. Top notch service from the Spa staff also , we are looking forward to our return already plus a wonderful choice of food drinks etc etc and brilliant for the kids too . Ski school on site with wonderful staff and the Rock Bar for some apres ski .. this hotel has it all 👍👍

    Nice family hotel close to ski lifts and ski school. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent buffet diner. Good pool and sauna. This is a hotel for families with children.(4-12 years) Not far from Kitzbuhel!

    We have had a wonderful holiday! The location of the hotel is ideal, the personnel is extremely friendly (our experience is completely the opposite to other reviews) The food is perfect. Although our children were too young to enjoy it to the fullest! We will definitely come back! It is the ideal location to learn your children to ski! But you should be willing to compromise on your own skiing trip possibilities, for the experienced skiers the area is too limited. We don’t mind because we want to invest in the skiing capabilities of our children. Many thanks again to the Kaiserfels team, the Eichenhof ski school and Intersport Patrick for making this an unforgettable holiday!!
