Disney’s All-Star Music Resort shines the spotlight on popular genres of music, and features a pair of instrument-shaped swimming pools.
The five themed areas that make up this Disney All-Star Resort pay homage to the genres of jazz, country, calypso, Broadway, and rock ‘n’ roll.
Gigantic maracas are leant up against the wall of the calypso accommodation block. The rock ‘n’ roll zone features an enormous neon-lit jukebox. And the swimming pools are shaped like musical instruments.

What a Wonderful Place
We have stayed at the more expensive Disney Resorts and finally got the opportunity to try out an All-Star Resort! I am so glad we did! The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. It had all the amenities you would expect to have in a more costly room. The staff is very friendly and the bus service is outstanding. The pool is huge and great hours. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Couldn't see much difference between the All-Stars and the moderate except not the "fancy" rooms!More
Our family just returned from a 4 night stay from Disney’s All-star Movies Resort. For us most of our time is spent at the parks, so to spends a bunch of money for rooms at moderate or deluxe resorts is a waste. Yes the rooms are small and a little dated, but the money saved is worth it for us. We were located in Toy Story Building 10, which is a preferred room and a short walk to the buses, main dining hall and main pool. The room was clean, bed were comfortable and quiet. We would definitely return. In the past I have stayed in Beach Club, Caribbean Beach, Fort Wilderness and Pop Century. This hotel might not have all the amenities, great pool (Beach Club) or multiple dining options it makes up for it in value price. Regardless of the resort we have always had great experiences, but for the price this hotel is a great option.More
First time here in Orlando and first time staying in this hotel and all i have to say we did pay more for our preffered room but it was quiet and room was very clean beds were comfy ..free wi-fi loved staying here all buses out front to take you to each of the parks every couple of minutes...all i have to say the food from the cafeataria could be abit more healtheir...but in saying that we are coming back to stay soon az Toy Story land opens up 10/10 and all the staff members were very helpfull and polite ..More

Great staff and a clean room. The All Star is not fancy, but the staff is really nice and the room was clean. Staying on Disney Property gives a lot of value: transportation anywhere on Disney, extra time in the parks and much more. I️ love the All Star!!More
Fun theme, Reasonable Price
The All Star Movie’s Resort was a great place to stay for the weekend while we enjoyed the parks. First the pro’s: it’s always fun to be surrounded by “Disney” feel. We were in the Toy Story building and the theming was fun. From the giant door to Andy’s Room to the soldiers perched on the roof, the area was themed well. There was a movie playing each night at The Reel Spot and a few people were watching. There is a fun little playground for kids. We had a fun time at the arcade as well. The Fantasia pool was okay - clean and efficient, nothing spectacular but decent. The food court had plenty of room. Having a fridge in our room was a plus. Also, the curtain separating the room from the vanity/sink area was a bonus so kids could change when the bathroom was taken. Online check in was great and linked straight to our magic bands. Con’s: the rooms are small and beds not real comfy. There is definitely a “value” feel to the resort overall. While the theme is cute there is a certain magic lacking that you get at the moderate resorts - no cool towel animals waiting for you, less theming around the resort overall (walkways, grounds, etc). Not as much detail. The food court has less options than a moderate. No slide at the pool. Overall this resort was great for a couple days since we live nearby, but if I was going to Disney as my big vacation for a week or so I’d definitely bump up to a moderate. More
