TUI River Cruises vessels have specific design limitations:
- No elevators/lifts are available on our ships, with the exception of TUI Aria which has a lift between deck's 1-3
- Multiple staircases must be navigated throughout the vessel
- Mobility devices such as wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers cannot be accommodated onboard
